Frustrating Experience with Subscription Cancellation

I was unable to unsubscribe using the button on their platform. I contacted their support email as instructed to cancel my subscription, but I did not receive any reply. I subscribed to the Ultra Max plan…

I subscribed to the Ultra Max plan specifically for access to Sora, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

For several days, Sora was almost completely unusable due to constant queue errors. Generations would fail repeatedly, I lost entire days of usage without being able to produce anything.

After the issue was supposedly resolved, my account was hit with dramatic restrictions. My Sora access has now been reduced to just 2 generations every 48 hours, and Veo is limited to 15 generations, which is nowhere near sufficient for actual creative work. This is a massive downgrade from what I originally subscribed for, and it was done without clear communication or justification.

The platform is now unreliable and unpredictable. Sometimes generation works, sometimes it doesn’t. Limits reset inconsistently, and support responses have not provided meaningful solutions.

I subscribed expecting stable, professional access to industry-leading video generation. Instead, I’m dealing with instability, reduced limits, and a service that no longer reflects the price paid.
Until reliability and fair access are restored, I cannot recommend this service to anyone serious about AI video creation.

Stay away from this scammers !!!

The website claims to give you the acces to Sora2 video generations after being subscribed. The problem is, that after you pay for the service, you won't be able to generate videos. The chat support doesn't work. They basically ignore you and ghost you. The biggest red flag is that you're unable to unsubscibe or delete your account. They wanna take your money for good.

Used to be good

I started using this site a few months ago and I've been having fun created videos with sora 2 until recently whenever I try and generate a video with sora 2, it keeps saying that the queue is too high despite having a ultra plan subscription that is supposed to stop that from happening, and if you try and get in contact with customer support, they will just ignore you. Also, they have now started removing a huge amount of the credits you recieve every month when you don't generate any videos or only generate a few and it usually costs around 30 creditsto generate a sora 2 video and I went from having around 1100 credits to 80 credits in the span of two days and I had only generated a few sora 2 videos during that time, so I shouldn't be down to 80 credits when I had 1100 and it only costs 30 credits to generate a video
