They really suck and they are liers

They really suck and they are liers. I ordered a battery and they sent an adapter, to top it off, the adapter was wrong too. The battery was for Dell laptop. I told them I wanted to return the adapter and they said I had to pay all sorts of fees. Stay away from these scammers/thieves and buy from a reputable and honest provider!!

Their website is misleading and their…

Their website is misleading and their customer service is non-existent. I ordered a laptop battery (web site shows picture of the battery) then I click and I see a page which again shows the battery and describes the battery, There is a selection on this page that talks about an AC adapter an other things. So I check that one. What I get is the AC Adapter - no battery whatsoever. The order and the invoice said "New 60Wh Battery T54FJ for Dell Latitude E6420 E6430 E5420 E5520 E5530" Then has "Type 65w Adapter"

They have refused to refund my money and take back the ac adapter.

I will never use this company again!
