I had a very bad experience with Digibell. The company appears unprofessional and unreliable. Communication was rude and unhelpful, and my concerns were not properly addressed.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious and do proper research before dealing with this company.

Scam Agency. A nicely presented, planned and executed scams this agency are doing. All the reviews on the google are fake and are given by their people. They are doing nothing but a well executed fraud.. They have hired some uneducated staff from villages to show that there are some people working in the workplace. But behind the table they are worthless and the owner himself is a big fraud. He lifts the call only when the client is getting onboarded for the first time, to convince. There will be zero responses, zero mediation, nothing will be there. They convince you with lower account management costs half the amount of other agencies. And once you paid. Your money is gone. Be aware!

Very bad experience. Very disappointing experience with this company.

They take advance payment quickly and confidently agree to every task. For the first few days, they show some activity, but after that, there is complete silence. No replies to messages, no response to emails, and phone calls are simply ignored.

What surprised me the most is the constant change of team members. Every few days, a new person appears, and there is no proper handover or accountability. It feels highly unprofessional and disorganized.

I even tried contacting the official number mentioned on their website and sent emails to their official email ID, but there was no response at all. This level of communication gap after taking advance payment is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and consistent service.

this company is a complete fraud company ...the most pathetic and liar person s are RAIDAS AND PRASHANT GUPTA ..in the starting the say ....that yes we will work properly but after getting money the abuse the clients ...as i m sharing my review it will be reported within some hours and minutes but the comapany is completely fraud also .....Police has also raided in this company...lastly they dont even have a experirenced team ...also the sales team manager RAIDAS IS A COMPLETE NARROW MINDED ,UNEDUCATED AND ARROAGANT PERSON HE ABUSED ME ...IN A VERY BAD LANGUAGE ....DONT TAKE THE SERVICE FROM THEM. Maine [August, 2025] mein personal reasons ke chalte company ko turant (instant) resign kiya tha. Resignation ko acccept kiye hue kaafi samay ho chuka hai, lekin Digibells dwara meri final month ki salary aur full and final settlement abhi tak nahi di gayi hai. HR aur Management ko baar-baar yaad dilane ke bawajood koi thos jawab nahi mil raha hai aur payment roki gayi hai. Yeh bahut hi galat practice hai aur former employees ke saath gair-professional vyavhaar hai.
Her ek client ka proper work report bana ke submit Kara tha maine ki all client ka kya work chal raha hai unke account par , kisi client ke liye mujhe Digibells se call aaya hai to maine call pick karke update v diya h and client ka v phone pick karke update Kiya h ki aapko ab kisse connect karna but phir v mere saath ye sub ho raha h.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with digibells their team is incredibly knowledge and always eager to lead a helping hand and specially miss raksha madam and her team

Pathetic service. Guys don’t fall for their trap. Our all money gone waste with them they have not done a single task which they were committed to do. They did not comlete our Blinkit onboarding, Tata 1 mg, Amazon. They all are fraud. Their sales team very very active while taking order once you pay they vanish like anything. Nobody gives answer of calls n chats. My contact number is 9878743943 just incase you ppl wanna confirm before. I would say do not do any deal with them.

No our website have many wrong informations and we have given all details your web developer then they are denied again and again to changes, we have not received handover our website. we have done advance payment in Dec 2024 and as per your performa the website handover time is 3 to 4 weeks, but now gone 9 months but website have no changes, and your trustpilot review reply is website credentials give after changes, website have many errors, how to add payment gateway integrate? Same on you on reply. First complete the website changes work then I give you payment gateway integration credentials. I have all whatsapp chat backup and all proofs. Please share your WhatsApp number, I am sharing you all conversation details. Aap aise 30000 rupaye hajam nahi kar sakte. Aap pahle website ko review kijiye, aapko sab kamee dikhayi de jayegi, ki galti aapke web developer ki h, usne abhi tak website handover nahi ki h., agar mera kaam complete nahi hua to mein aapki company per legal case karunga, and jo mera 9 months me nukshan hua he, uski recovery bhi lunga aapse.

These people are full of scamsters including the founder himself. Before putting your money they will promise you everything. But once you paid, they will not answer your call, repond to messages and will not even work for what you paid for. Never ever go with them. Scamsters!!

Digibells is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but fraud and cheaters. Deepak Singh (Business Manager) promised me ₹30,000 sales in the first month – a complete scam, not even 1% was achieved.

The account managers were equally useless and fraudulent:

Sonali (1st manager) ignored all instructions, I had to manage basic tasks like vacation mode myself.

Later they gave me Sumesh, another scammer who only said “report will come today or tomorrow” but never provided a single report.

Deepak Singh himself never answered calls, never responded to queries – pure cheating.

Every time I raised concerns, the excuses were laughable: “Customers will reorder after finishing the product”, “I don’t know why sales are not coming”. This is how they cover their scam.

They also promised weekly analytics, reports, and strategy insights – all fake promises. Instead, they hide behind fake reviews online to trap new sellers.

👉 Beware! Digibells is a fraud and scam company, full of cheaters. They waste your money, give you nothing in return, and destroy your trust. Stay away.

Absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with for Flipkart account management. They demonstrated zero knowledge about how the platform works, provided no value, and repeatedly asked us, the clients, to do the work ourselves — despite charging service fees. Their team is unprofessional and completely unhelpful.

Do not waste your time or money with this company. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Strongly advise others to stay away.

Had a worst experience with Digibells, opted for 3 months services never once had a connect, Tried to use the same for Blinkit Registration and they never informed about the procedure and took 25k for onboarding charges which is free from blinkit site

Digibells company is froud fake company.This company is a fraud. They talk about money but do not do any work. The account which is givien to them for management, they will bring that account to even more negative amount and make it a negative balance the entire staff is a fraud. And they have a staff member, u called him and he abused me. This company should be reported to the police station again by all together and these people should be caught so that they do not cheat people again

Fraud company hai mujhse 3 mahine ki advance fees lekar group bana diya har 15 din me mera manager change kar dete hai naye manager ko purana kam nahi pata hota hai.

Fraud company . They abuse clients when they ask for refund . No work after 30 days . They put up fake reviews from their employees only .They frequently changing there company name too New name "DIGIGENIE ECOMMERCE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED". They will not work according to agreement . They will not refund . They will threaten you to not to post your genuine review . They abuse , they scam , they threaten you , they will keep doing it.
