Company doesn't respect agreement, poor customer service

I ordered an NVMe on December, 26th. Today is Feb, 5th and I haven't received my order. I contacted the customer support (technically, the owner of the company) several times. Initially they changed the expected delivery time on the website twice, then the owner responded that they deliver my order on Feb, 2nd.

On Feb, 3rd the owner wrote they won't deliver my order unless I pay 50 euro extra. If I don't want to pay, they can issue the refund (after prices went up during their 1.5 month long waiting, thank you).

Any attempt to resolve the issue failed. The owner says either do like he says or simply ignores. The owner justify the demand that his suppliers won't send the item for that price. Which is uterly ridiculous. Avoid.

Unfortunately, this order was affected by an unexpected price change from our supplier after the order had already been placed. While this situation was outside of our direct control, we understand that it caused frustration and inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that.

As a result of this case, we have reviewed our procedures and updated our ordering process to ensure that customers can only place orders with confirmed final pricing going forward.

We regret the experience and appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve our service.
