Company doesn't respect agreement, poor customer service
I ordered an NVMe on December, 26th. Today is Feb, 5th and I haven't received my order. I contacted the customer support (technically, the owner of the company) several times. Initially they changed the expected delivery time on the website twice, then the owner responded that they deliver my order on Feb, 2nd.
On Feb, 3rd the owner wrote they won't deliver my order unless I pay 50 euro extra. If I don't want to pay, they can issue the refund (after prices went up during their 1.5 month long waiting, thank you).
Any attempt to resolve the issue failed. The owner says either do like he says or simply ignores. The owner justify the demand that his suppliers won't send the item for that price. Which is uterly ridiculous. Avoid.
