Company presented prices with VAT and promised free shipping. What I have found out, is that it differs from contract and the reality. My remittance included VAT. Digikey invoiced without VAT, assigned shipping company to deal with customs. I had to pay about 100€ extra to the shipping company for import (mostly fees not taxes) and never got the transferred amount for VAT from Digikey back.
