Digilegal were named as Will executors for my mother. I have been dealing with Oliver Asha who has been extremely helpful and kind. This company is certainly not greedy and have gone beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them.

A bereavement has to be the most difficult time, emotionally and mentally and then you are hit with the protocol of it all, arranging funerals, informing people and then the more complex issues of probate.

We, fortunately came across Sarah Husbands at Digilegal who helped us immensely, no sales pitch, no upselling of services just a very sympathetic professional support that took basically all the stress off us. We were offered a range of services that they provide and then left for us to decide in our own time.

Probate isn’t straight forward it can be very complex and with Sarah we would be nowhere near getting sorted. Her advice was always correct not unusual from an expert in their field but it was like talking to a family member regarding issues and concerns.

I was told by friends going through the same of years of toil with probate and to expect 12 months to 18 months before getting probate. Probate stated they were inundated and expected it to be 16 weeks which they put on their website.

Ours took less than the 16 weeks because of the advice, guidance and support of Sarah Husbands at Digilegal.

Our family cannot thank Sarah enough for her time, patience, understanding and commitment and though we say it in a humble way, we hope not to have to be in touch with Sarah anytime soon, we know there will be a time and our call will be straight to her.
