After purchase windows 11pro product…

After purchase windows 11pro product key, it didn't work at all because I was using windows 8.
I couldn't up date my laptop current windows 8 into 8.1 or more over so I had to try to have refund but customer service only repeat that they need proof of key is not working, video clip and photo. I couldn't up load video because it is too large.

Customer service never hear what I am asking.

yes we do need a proof of what you're doing, it's written in our ToS!

You can't update from Windows 8 to Windows 11, and we sent you the download link of Windows 11. We emailed you saying that it's a normal behaviour!
You didn't answer anymore, the key is working, the mistake is done by you, we tried to help.
