Very efficient and professional

The whole process from speaking to a consultant, getting a quotation, buying the product and installing it onto my computer was done efficiently and professionally. I am very impressed with DigiSoft ZA service and would recommend them without a doubt!

I was initially skeptical about purchasing a digital license online. However, my experience with Digisoft-ZA quickly changed that.

From the first interaction, Thomas was friendly, professional, and very patient. Shortly after I completed the payment, he contacted me and scheduled a call to assist with setting up the license I had purchased. This happened within a few hours of the transaction, which was impressive.

The installation process went smoothly, and when I encountered a small issue afterwards, I reached out for assistance. The matter was resolved immediately and without any hassle.

The license was sold as a lifetime license, and when I asked if the support would also be ongoing given the product description, Thomas confirmed that it would be.

Overall, the service was excellent with prompt and reliable after-sales support. I would definitely recommend Digisoft-ZA.

Usage Issues and Battled with the install

Battled with the install - not a smooth as you suggested.
Product seems intermittent as it frequently won't open pdf documents directly from e-mails, etc.

Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software nor working

We bought Adobe Acrobat DC Pro software on 10 December 2025. The software cannot open more than 1 file at a time. The merger function is therefor not working. Log it by a telephone call and still waiting for Shane to revert on how to rectify. In the meantime the software stopped working at all.
