WARNING

Ordered a game and just then realised that it will be sent as a ps account. Wrote an email asking to cancel my purchase. Next day received an auto email stating that my payment status was changed to refunder. Month and a half has passed and money was never refunded. I wrote them 6 emails whitin that period of time - did not received a single response, tried to contact them via a live chat- same results.
I guess I wont get my money back, nor I got the game I purchased. Definitely would not recommend to use their services.
And, website owners, please do not even try to anser with the same canned response you answered other coments here. Do you really think anybody will believe your 'bad reviews by competitors' nonsense?

Terrible site

EDIT: Owner of site tried to get my review removed instead of trying to solve the problem, can’t stress enough do not buy here! Instead of trying to take bad reviews offline try improving customer service and updating ur guidelines.

Call of Duty WW2 (Snakey Steve)

I purchased Call of duty with the season pass late February and after I had trouble installing and getting all the content the game finally installed but the season pass didn't work. After I contacted Steve from customer support he decided to issue me a refund after I stated my rights of selling me a faulty product. This was issued on the 22nd of February and I still have received nothing I contacted Steve a week after this and he told me to wait and was not helpful. Now when I contact support I just get ignored Steve even read my message and just didn't reply I have used their live chat, emailed them and messaged them on twitter and had no reply whatsoever. Clearly they have no intention to refund me if they won't read any of my messages anymore.
Steve finally replied and said as the refund is international it would take up to 30 days for it to clear.
It has now been over 30 days and I still have not received a refund, I contacted Steve and he asked for my order number which I gave to him and then he just ignored my messages even when I tried messaging him on another device he still ignored my questions. I would recommend you to avoid this site completely as they take your money and waste your time leaving you annoyed and frustrated.

digital-game.com has got in touch with me after reporting my review saying it was for the wrong company, this didn't work as i confirmed that it was the right company. After this they finally got in touch asking for an order number this was in May and they still haven't replied proving that they are still the useless company that they were back in February.

Good service

Seeing a number of negative reviews here i thought id share my personal experience. I purchased a PS4 title with them expecting a key like steam purchases (my fault entirely) after reading the setup guide though i realised this was done differently and requested a cancellation. When they replied within a reasonable time they explained the new account would not affect other accounts on my ps4 however i was still not comfortable with this and replied requesting a cancellation which they did within minutes with no hassle. The reason for cancelation was my own fault for not checking out everything first and although i havent actually purchased a product the service was more than adequate ....

Time waster, poor Customer service avoid at all costs

First and foremost the customer service is shocking by steve. It's basically your fault that he doesn't have your game.
They don't reply to emails also.
Bought a game and I still have no game and he still has my money.
Make sure you avoid this site otherwise you'll have Steve to contend with when he's laughing it up with your money and fobbing you off with rubbish customer service as to why he doesn't have your game.
Money grabbers.
