I’m giving 3 stars for Digital Tec based on a mix of experiences. On the positive side, they offer good prices, and delivery was timely for some items like remotes or phones designed for elderly users, which were appreciated by my family. However, communication and customer service seem lacking. For instance, wrong items being sent or receiving generic products instead of advertised ones were frustrating, and refunds or resolutions take too long. It’s a mixed bag—hit or miss depending on the order.

A company that takes customer service to a whole new level,you won’t find better,couple that with super fast delivery and you get a fantastic company.

The portable aerial performance and quality are as specified. An expert company.

The phone from Digital Tec is a great value phone aimed at elderly people. I bought it for my Dad who struggles with ordinary smart phones. All he needs is a simple, easy to use phone with large buttons. The price is very competitive indeed and the product arrived within a few days of ordering. Very satisfied indeed. Thank you!

The mouse on the remote not picking up on my Ferguson tv

Ordered an I phone they sent me a Apple watch, this was wednesday returned to them and received by them on friday now a week later they have decided that it will take 3-5 days to "put back in the system" and a further 3-5 days for the refund.
Not a normal watch and not a BIG BUTTON PHONE
THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT THEY SENT WRONG ITEM
Now I have to wait almost 2 weeks for my refund - terrible customer services......

I paid for a cello remote ...the image displayed matches my old remote. I paid £19.99 for it then when it arrives I get a generic remote that doesn't allow me to access the smart features or use the mouse.
If I wanted a generic remote, I could have bought one for half that price in the shop next door.
Very poor.

I contacted the company about a return due to a death in the family and I have received no reply from them whatsoever ever

My order was delayed because of Royal Mail strikes, I was refunded immediately as I could not wait any longer for order to come - excellent service -?must be frustrating if they are losing many sales !!

Phone does not accept SIM card
Instructions are not user-friendly.
Phone is cheaply made and hard to open.
Not suitable for elderly person, as marketed for.
