Excellent and convenient service for a small fee!

People complain because it costs more than registering a car directly at the DMV. The company offers a service and is not subsidized. Of course, they cost more! What do you pay for?
1. A fast and effortless service you can access from home any time during the day or night
2. Reliable digital services and modern IT infrastructure. I tried to use the online service offered by my local DMV (after painfully discovering it was impossible to get an appointment). After downloading three different apps (not joking, three!) just to prove my identity and going through plenty of old-fashioned forms, the system failed to create a connection to their server and the whole process was canceled. Tried multiple times. Their legacy systems and outdated infrastructure sadly represents the status quo in terms of digitalization.
3. Email support. Registered my car late at night and yet when I had a question somebody (no matter if human or not) got back to me.
4. Pricing is transparent directly published on the home page before starting the process. No hidden tricks. Slightly higher than a regular DMV service but, again, they do everything for you
5. Documents are sent to your home

Nobody forces you to use their services. I think it's primarily designed for people who manage fleets or people like me who don't have the time (or the patience) to go through all the loops when it comes to DMV processes.
If our local DMVs were to offer a more reliable service, I'd be happy to use it. Until then, I'm super happy that for a very small fee, a private company takes over the whole process!
Kudos to digital-zulassen.de, will only use your service from now on!
