It's nice website and products are original, and technical support help me more times

I bought a blocksy theme and used it happly for a year. They said it's liftime.After one year I contacted them. They ask's login and receipt, agrees to activate it back. Then ghost me... I keep sending fresh emails with all details asked... keep ghosting. end of every mail no reply. I am ok with one year this low price, but giving fake promise is what I don't like. They didn't ghost me at first time. So be careful of big purchases as this website is too sketchy.

Very bad experience. After purchasing, it takes more than a week to install a plugin. And when it is installed, it doesn't work. RUN AWAY

DO NOT use this site. Misleading! I thought I was purchasing actual licenses for plugins, but then they emailed me saying they need admin access to "activate" them.

No licenses were ever given. I requested a refund and have heard nothing back since.

I am not giving admin access just so they can nullify my plugins or whatever they're going to do.

Stay away!

Edit update:
I received a payback. They are most likely not a scam after all. The customer service was a very poor experience (very unresponsive) though and wasted 2.5 weeks that I didn't get the product I bought. It wasn't clear on the purchase site that I need to provide them admin access to my website. This requires the website to be functional, which was not possible in my case (and was the reason for my purchase in the first place). You shouldn't lose money, but expect a slow delivery and unorthodox product delivery (providing an admin access).

They are good they provide good support, but the lifetime access plugins are not guaranteed as anytime the access for it would stop working and the company won't help, your money is gone. Same can happen with other plugins as well and they won't provide any solutions.

Didn't receive any notification of when I would get a license so had to send an email to get my purchased resolved 3 days later. This could have been due to the Christmas holidays but online sales should still have immediate results or a statement could be provided on the website or sales page to let customers know. Once I got a response back, I was promptly setup.
