I want to say the experience with Digital Converters was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, all questions were answered simply and so quickly. The update process throughout is great, so you can see the status of your order. The simple explanation at the end, through the quality reporting, was just fab. Whilst I don't have any more videos to convert, I will absolutely give them a 10 out of 10 and recommend them to anyone who wants their content converted to something in a digital format.

This Company is superb, i recently had some Hi8 Cassettes digitised and am so pleased with the results. The advice at initial contact was clear and concise, the arrangement to have my Cassettes collected from home was prompt and gave me a sense of trust from the off. Digital Converters kept me updated during transit and during digitisation, also advising that there were no quality issues with the Cassettes or during transfer to the new format. I had two seperate parcels collected on two seperate occasions and both were handled very professionally and therefore giving me confidence in the service. This company is has nailed it, they have everything on point. Communication from and to the Company is propmt and concise. The Digital Converters Website is clear and easy to navigate. There is quite a responsibility for handling and digitising old media and trusting a service can be quite a step to take but i can safely say dont worry, this Company is professional on all levels. Exceptional service, I sent 42 assorted camcorder tapes, VHS- C, Mini DV, 8mm, and they were back with me in super fast time, all on a USB Stick, if you are worried about your precious tapes, your irreplaceable memories degrading and being lost forever, like I was, Digital Converters is the place to send them, you are updated at every stage, you can check the progress of your transfer, you can have your tapes collected from your home by Royal Mail and delivered back to your home by Royal Mail, absolutely faultless, amazing work, amazing service, thank you so much.

Great service and communication. The reel to reel audio tapes are at least 60 years old and the digital reproduction was much better than I had hoped for. Highly recommended.

Progress tracking was amazing from sending the tapes to receiving them . Every step was monitored and done as stated . Quality report at the end too so I knew which tapes were not go to be the best quality but was just the first minute of tape degradation after that perfect.
Highly recommend and best of all they’re based in Yorkshire!

Having worked in marketing and communications all my working life, I am very sensitive to the this issue and in particular how companies stack up in this regard. DIgital Converters are right up there in the top 1%. Their on-line communication is faultless and talking to a few of their operators I can attest that this also extends to one to one conversation. I did make a mistake when filling in my order request on-line, but this was dealt with professionally by the company and rectified the problem I had created, at their cost. The end product, following transfer from one medium to another, is everything I hoped for. Well done DC.

Terrific service! From the start to end the comms and service provided was excellent. We received our DVD and memory stick quickly and the quality was great. We have just watched some absolutely lovely memories of our son from when he was a baby/toddler (27 years ago). A bonus, which I hadn’t realised was on the tape, was my late parents which brought a tear to my eyes. Highly recommend!!!

I had an excellent experience with using this company. I had videos that I thought were irretrievably broken as they were 38 years old and mouldy. I’d tried to convert myself as I’m very technical but to no avail. I sent 8 tapes including ones of my son from 1998 when he was 4 days old and one of me playing live in my band in 1988. They all came back really great! Of course a video from 38 years ago won’t be perfect but they did a brilliant job in making them highly watchable. I now have them all digitised. Though if the one of me as a fashion model on the Saturday Picture show from 1986 gets out, I’m doomed!! Seriously though, they have exceeded my expectations and helped preserve deeply personal memories. The cost was very reasonable and communication was excellent, as was the turnaround time. Highly recommended

Digital converters have just improved a dvd that I had made up some years ago of old family photos, some quiet poor quality images. I had 4 extra copies made up and they're all excellent. So we can share them round between us and see them when we want to. This is the second time DC have helped out. Both times have been a very good experience. They keep you informed at all stages and their work is fast and good quality. They're very careful with packaging. Price is great too. No complaints from me at all. I'm going to sort out more old photos for DC to rescue. Thank you Digital converters, I recommend you.
