Please improve the service

Advertised as adobe master collection 2025 but only had 2024

They are very helpful I did log out my id the reason behind my window crashing many time and I sign out account once I reinstall and download stream I asked to help me to log in account in stream they give solution and I successfuly log in ac thanks digital download you guys purchase any game by their website they will instead give you id pass once you payment done 🤗

Bought Assassin's Creed Shadows from them, they did take a couple of hours to get back to me regarding a login issue, but once the customer support was online they helped me run the game without any issues.
I'm quite happy with the service.

They have very slow and ignorant service.
I do not recommend at all. They don't reply when you have a problem, it takes them forever and ultimately being ghosted.

The site is completely trustworthy and you will recieve the game which you paid for without any worries. The thing which I like the most is that you get a proper billing mail as soon as you do the payment and also get a detailed document later in the mail containing the steam id and password on how are you supposed to download and play the game. Their customer support is also pretty decent and they reply within 3-4 hours.

Refund Policy? - More like No refund policy
The products work and they are legit. However, all the products that they sell are of shared accounts. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that they solely sell only shared accounts. I bought a steam account for Rs.100 (wallpaper engine) which had no description of it being a shared account. Also, no point in running wallpaper engine in steam offIine mode as its literally useless without the in bulit catalogues. So I asked for a refund even before logging in to the account, but the support denied refund. (Also, most games are a bit pricy than what you get from other sites (others range from 250 to 450, but I can assure that this website is atleast legit.)

Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of buying from DigitalDownloads—don’t expect a refund, no matter what. They seem to change their refund policy whenever it suits them, and when you try to get your money back, they’ll find an excuse to deny it.

I had an issue with a recent purchase where the product wasn’t as described, and despite their so-called “refund policy,” they refused to issue a refund. When I pointed out their own terms, they either ignored me or kept saying that no refunds cuz the order has been delivered. Seems like a common tactic from them.

If you’re considering buying from them, just be aware that you’re taking a risk of no refunds. I lost only Rs.100 so beware about the site

I recently bought the Adobe Master Collection from this website, and let me tell you, it’s a complete SCAM. They just gave me a link to download the software, which is NOT ORIGINAL and can easily contain viruses that might damage your PC. They are selling cracked software that is freely available online, yet they charge ₹599 for it! These people are nothing but SCAMMERS. Don’t waste your money on them. They are fooling customers by pretending to sell legit products when they’re just offering free cracks. Save your money and don’t fall for their tricks. SCAMMERS, plain and simple!

very poor expirence, though the games and Xbox pass are genuine but the account id gets blocked now and then, they will provide again a new id but the save game will get lost.... very fustrated...

Bought Adobe Full Bundle for 599₹ But I think it is not worth because I cannot feel this as original Adobe app they just gave apk to download and i cannot even login I asked support team they are ignoring and saying it as per activated account they are saying to deactivate my firewall to download these unsecured apps not atall recommend 2/5 ⭐⭐

Recently bought the “lifetime” bundle of adobe, for quite the amount of money, it was nothing except just crack apps that can be pirated for free, do not buy anything, all the stuff if pirated/cracked and you will loose money
