Omar at digital easily stepped into the role of business partner, consultant and a Muslim brother - juggling the different hats exceptionally well!
The initial consultation was laying the foundation of the brand, what’s the message I want to portray, how do I want the customer to feel, outlining who my target market is, and all whilst considering the practicalities of how will it support my business as an e-commerce platform.
I threw 10’s of websites in his direction, regularly changing my ideas of how I wanted it to look and be laid out. Omar was beyond professional, giving his time, expertise and a gentle honesty, which is exactly what I needed!
The brand colours, target audience, imagery, product shots, videos, layout, customer experience, e-commerce, coding and much more was explored in depth during our regular calls.
Omar was available for me on Whatsap to bounce ideas which added a huge amount of value. Giving me space to visualise and create something collectively that evolved and become something I’d wanted it to be.
Omar made me accountable for driving the launch date forward ensuring everything, every last detail was prepared and ready (detail isn’t my strength!). His network, specialist colleagues and direct advice (how to take professional product shots from an iPhone!) just made the process much smoother and more convenient.
Being a Muslim brother helped more than I expected as my brand is based on a concept of Islamic values. His understanding just made it a genuine joint venture and I’d love the opportunity to work together in the future, Inshallah
