Scary website keep away

I have both the service from these clowns and it's the biggest Ripoff what ever you DON'T BUY FROM HERE like enough I only bought the one month and not the year my IPTV it only worked for one day and that was it so be careful and keep away from this website

DREADFUL - DO NOT BOTHER

Just absolutely dreadful from start to finish. It was a harbinger of things to come when they told me they're trial offer (which isn't free) was "sold out". I could not get the third party app to download. I understand the third party issue but still, they made little to no effort to help me. The capper was when their website wouldn't allow me to send anymore trouble tickets because I had reached my "submission limit". In the end they couldn't even get this issue sorted. DO NOT bother with this provider and pay heed to all the 1 star reviews.

WARNING

WARNING - AVOID!!

Purchased 12 months login - The service was terrible. I tested all of my equipment, internet speeds, buffer caches - EVERYTHING!

After 2 weeks I asked for a refund (Their policy is you can ask for a refund minus 1 month)

They cancelled my credentials and NEVER refunded me.

I tried it for 2 weeks out of 12 months.

100% Scam Artists. They're just ignoring me.

Horrible service

Horrible service, took a 3 month subscription, the service lagged most of the time, alot of stations of shows wouldn't play. When you fist sign up they are to reply after that no response at all, avoid

Non existent support & shady trial/refund policy

Repeatedly tried to test service with their free trial. Trial says "sold out"...this is apparently a permanent sell out based on other reported experiences here.

I requested assistance from Client Support and received no response. Read refund policy to see if it was worth paying and requesting refund if dissatisfied. Their terms are very subjective and one sided. There is no such thing as a hassle free refund with them.

Others here have claimed issues with the service and trying to navigate the refund policy. So glad I came here to research the company.

Too many fly-by-night IPTV resellers...be careful and only use those with open trials, no hassle refunds and responsive support

Digital Lizard claims to offer a free…

Digital Lizard claims to offer a free trial but I've tried to get one several times now and the moronic chatbot they use directs you to a page that says the trial is "sold out". In reading the other reviews here on their paid service being so terrible, I'm glad I was steered clear.

SCAM! AVOID!

My advice is to stay clear of these people. A scam from start to finish.
I paid via bitcoin and they said they needed proof. I gave them transaction numbers, screen shots, you name it I did it. They just said my complaint had been sent to the billing dept! That was last week and nothing since. Avoid at all costs. This is a scam.

Unresolved Issue and Poor Service…

Unresolved Issue and Poor Service Experience with Digital Lizard:

I purchased a service from Digital Lizard and was provided with login credentials that did not work. After contacting them, I received new login details, but the issue persisted, and I have yet to gain access to the service I paid for. It has been nearly a month of back-and-forth emails, but the problem remains unresolved.

To make matters worse, Digital Lizard has stopped responding entirely. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the promised service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Digital Lizard. Their conduct raises serious concerns about their integrity as a service provider. Proceed with caution before engaging with this company.

It's a SCAM

After I paid the order, I've received a credentials that didn't work, the same with the file, never works. And when you open a ticket, it says, you can't open a ticket without login in. The AI chat bot is a joke and useless. But when you try to reset your password, the emails never arrives. I think I was scammed. What a mess.

After I ordered the service

After I ordered the service, the service didn't work. It took two days to get login info. After I got the login info, the service didn't work. When I tried to file for a refund, I couldn't. The ticket form told me I couldn't file any tickets because I was over the limit of filling tickets. The AI check keeps telling me to file a ticket after I explained that I could not; how convenient is it that you can't contact them anymore after purchase?

Bad after sales service

Digitalizard.com Paid for my subscription and received an email thanked me for the purchase of 1 year subscription with a download. The download has no content regarding the required username, password and URL.  The download is a number of templates eg. accounting, Chat GP, Fitness and lead generation. I send a message to their support team regarding this and received a ticket number. Now I waited 6 hours and no response. Problem is, I noticed a number of the same issues on trustpilot regarding their bad after sales service and it seems they are not interested to improve. I can not recommend their product to any one and I can not see that Digitalizard.com is one of the best IPTV providers as they claim on their website..it is a joke.

its cheap and easy

its cheap and easy, i was a little scared i got scammed at first because it didnt immidiately send the credentials as they said, but the next morning i woke up i had recieved the email with my log in credentials.

the platform is a little slow on the phone, but i cant speak to how it is on other devices. however from previous experience most IPTVs will be somewhat slow due to the nature of the program. but everything is there and everything works. id reccomend

I would stay away from this provider

I would stay away from this provider. Issued me login credentials which did not work and when I created a ticket I received a note saying my submission limit has been reached. I have never had this with any other provider. I believe this is a scam !

Chinese Fraud: I'm pretty sure that i was scammed

I'm pretty sure that i was scammed. If not, I will write another review to correct the record. The company is based in Hong Kong, ie., China, and China is "Fraud/Scam Central." So, I guess i shouldn't be surprised. I received a welcoming message, but didn't contain all the log-in credentials: Username, Password, login URL, M3U, EPG address, and other setup info. So far, no response to queries. Welcome to Chinese Fraud!! I'm going to share this with PayPal now.

I just bought a 12-month service from…

I just bought a 12-month service from them, and they sent me nothing except a "thanks for purchasing" message. I am trying to reach them, but there is absolutely no answer. Please avoid them; it is a scam!!!!
They just sent me a digital package that has random videos about tutorials on Canva!!! They do not have a phone number to call them, just an AI chatbot, and they do not send a single reply to emails.
