Ultimate, what made the experience good was that the issue was resolved. However, it would be a 5-star if the issue had never surfaced.

I purchased a set of Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 Professional. I had 1 minor problem activating the Windows 11 Pro, which I used to upgrade my HP laptop from Home to Pro. James (Customer Service) quickly responded to my email and gave me clear instructions on how to resolve it. He also answered all of my questions quickly and friendly. The Office 2024 Professional installed and activated without problems. It was a smooth and quick process, so I ordered a second set of Windows 11 Pro and Office 2024 Professional for my daughter's laptop.

I bought MS Office standard edition and then a few days later I noticed they had the Professional version for the same price. I emailed the company to see if I could exchange one product for the other and I received an immediate response with the code to download and install the pro product. I was very impressed and will continue to purchase from this company in the future, with confidence.

Easy process. I deducted one star because the original keys for both programs did not work. That said, once I reported the issue a new key was provided and it worked. Customer service was great they addressed the issues promptly. I would recommend you.

IT took me numerous times before I made a successful installation where I could find. the Office 2024 programs on my computer. However support did respond promptly a number of times until I finally found the OFFICE programs on my start menu,

Purchased the product - Had some issues deleting the older version before installing the newer version - contacted Support via the link provided - step by step instructions were quickly provided to resolve the issue - after following the instructions, the new version of MS Office installed successfully.

They wanted me to use the link provided in the email to download the version of Office, which seems weird. And when I asked for a refund, they wanted me to provide a screenshot of the invalid key. Don't trust this company and don't waste your time and money with them.

The response was fast and solved my issue with ease.

I bought Microsoft Office lifetime license. No issues for a month. After a month Microsoft told me to validate my codes and it was not working. I contacted DigitalKeyBox and got activation code in couple of hours. Hopefully it will work
