Very happy customer

I purchased the MS office license for two Mac computers. It took several emails for me to get everything loaded and running. Nothing wrong with the software it was Operator Error on my end. The staff at Digital were more than patient as we communicated via email and tried several approaches to get all the old software cleared out so the new software could be loaded. The directions sent to me were clear, in plain language a non techy person could understand. I recommend the software and the staff at Digital Keys Box

Had some initial issues with the key but they were fast and professional and got the problem resolved asap. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I purchased MS Office Pro 2024
(Lifetime 3pc subscription) for my new Windows 11 desktop in early November.
(This is my second purchase from DigitalKeysBox.com)
At about 25 days after I did the install, I started to get a message that my subscription was about to expire in 5 days. My tech guy told me to email the company for help.
DigitalKeysBox.com has a support email address on their website.
I emailed support explaining my problem.
Within 10 minutes I received an email response with an apology for the inconvenience and a new key code to use.
I used the new key with any problem and received a Microsoft message the that suite is now activated.

After few back and forth, the agent was able to successfully resolve the issue. I didn’t think we would be able to resolve my activation issue but the agent was very competent and able to help me get my Win 10 PC activated and upgraded to Win 11.

Install easy easy and well documented

I experienced an activation failure about a month after purchasing Microsoft Office. I contacted customer support via email and sent them a photo of the error message. A couple hours later, James, the assigned agent replied with steps to resolve the issue and get me back on my way. Outstanding support!

Good immediate support

old version. Not the current version for my mac. Came with installer and a sterlazer dont seem to have a real key. Requesting refund or open paypal case.
