Such a low cost for a working Office…
Such a low cost for a working Office package. Email replies were quick when I realised I wasnt as tech savvy as I thought. Ha!
I did a review search to check it wasn't a scam website and all checked out.
I havr a fully working word, excel and PowerPoint at the fraction of the cost and no monthly subscription.

Mistakenly ordered incompatible software, still got refund
I mistakenly ordered software that wasn't compatible with my MSOffice version. When I recognized my mistake, I contacted customer service asking for a refund. Even though it was my mistake, they agreed to refund my money. Very nice gesture. I will definitely buy again.

I'm not sure if it was you or MS
I'm not sure if it was you or MS. But I already had Office 2016 installed, and when I tried to activate using your code I wasn't given any option to do so - only by internet or by telephone, not just by entering the code you provided. Internet got me nowhere. Phone - it's just about impossible to get MS on the phone now. So I fully uninstalled Office, then reinstalled from the .iso and after that I was forced into some ridiculous mail dialog with MS which allowed me to enter your code. All is well now. But overall the experience was not great. I'm giving you the balance of the doubt here, and mentally blaming MS.

Great Experience with customer support
These guys are great. I had a few issues with the key provided but they fixed it in a few minutes. They were patience and extremely responsive to my concerns, I would strongly recommend this company. They even followed up a week later to see if things were still good.
