Digitalmarketinginstitute.co.ke. Claims 12,000 non-existent Reviews That Cannot Be Traced Nor Verified

My brother had his wife enrolled into a digital training institute to learn SEO and digital marketing. So I thought I should too but foremost had to check the credibility of the training institute. The website claims to have 12,000 reviews, all 5/5 stars on their homepage but every time I click on the reviews link, it takes me to the enroll now page. I've tried to find these reviews online with zero success. So it turns out that they really don't exist. I've searched on Trustpilot, Google, Indeed etc. and still NIL.
Now, I've seen the site owner posted various qualifications on his site and included a CV but the 12,000 reviews with 5/5 ratings cannot be traced nor verified. This caught my attention and further research revealed that the site owner is dishonest. I sent the site owner a message asking him to remove the false review claims to stop misleading people.
