It has been a pleasure working with Ted from Digital One. Just under a year into our partnership, his insights and wisdom in the e-commerce space have been invaluable to me and the team.

He has done a great job creating and managing assets for our paid advertising campaigns, but most importantly Ted has taught us all so much along the way.

What a company, what a team behind the business - all ears when it comes to goals and wanting to achieve more - this level of service has allowed our business to grow and grow. We have worked with Digital One for almost 2 years now and we don’t see ourselves ever moving away, the service is great, results are achieved and superseded - could not recommend more for any level of business.

Very poor experience with Digital One. We stayed with them for 5 months and gave them more than enough opportunity to improve, but the service only got worse and worse.

In my opinion, they were extremely lazy and ineffective when it came to advertising, lead generation and conversions. The content they produced was of a very poor standard, communication was poor throughout, and it felt like their main concern was collecting the monthly retainer rather than actually helping our business grow.

What made it even more disappointing is that we operate in a market with over 8 million potential customers to target, and despite spending thousands of pounds, Digital One could not generate even a few worthwhile leads in a week. That is simply unacceptable.

They also seemed far more interested in tying clients into extended contracts than delivering results, and when you question performance or try to leave because of poor service, they make the process as difficult as possible. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Digital One and would strongly advise others to stay well clear.

Working with Ted is a great experience. When we first started working together 13 month ago we had never done paid ads prior and his knowledge and support growing the returns was invaluable to us. Anybody who’s looking to get in to paid ads or needs support with any form of marketing I’d definitely get in touch with him.
