The price (Yamaha digital piano) and easy way to order are good. The Delivery have an issue, it took 2 days more than DHL showed in tracking system, not precise and it should be corrected as we need to stay at home to receive it. But overall it was a good purchase

Fast delivery, great price, good communication.
I've ordered new Yamaha CK61, that had a good discount there. When I've received an Email, I've noticed that delivery date is different, because CK61 became out of stock. If didn't message them, but I stead about an hour later I got an Email from an employee, that they do have one in stock and will ship it ASAP. Got it delivered to the Netherlands around 3-4 days later.

Great service, highly recommend
I received the product in very good condition. I did have a hiccup where my order wasn’t shipped on the estimated time frame and I had to reach out to nudge the process. But I got response very quickly and it was resolved very quickly.

Too long delivery
It was easy to buy the piano and the instrument seams to be good, but the delivery took way too much time. I ordered the piano the 28 of April but I did not get it until the 22 of May.

We are extremely sorry about this long delivery carried out by DHL Freight. I can see, that the order was sent on April 30th (after payment was received), so 17 working days delivery time is WAY TOO LONG when DHL Freight expect 4-10 working days delivery.
We hope, however, that the Piano will bring much joy for many years,
