When you have finished, you choose what goes into the report and produce a time-stamped PDF under your own logo, ready to email or share. Sleeping room sizes are compared against the published national minimums, with the source and the date shown, so you can see where a property stands. That is guidance to help you look properly, never a compliance claim. Your first inspection is free, on a real property, with no card asked for. Plans start at £25 a month and you can change or cancel at any time from your own account. We are a small British team and we answer our own support. Uploading the Rightmove link, starting at the entrance the app lead me throughout the inspection by the time I walked out the front door I have sent a report via WhatsApp to my JV partners. If I sell a deal, I can send the condition report. Fantastic
