I was promised a refund and have received nothing in 3 months
I paid for a project to be completed and was promised a 100% refund if not satisfied. Not even 2 weeks into the project did I notice that the guy building my website failed to understand English. I asked for a refund and that started to get mad with me and threatened to derail my project. I am in the middle of seeking legal action if I am not refunded immediately as promised by the manager in operations. I paid 1825.00 and I have absolutely nothing .
