Banned from it after trying 20-30 games and got almost no gems in msm.
Got to the last step but it only gave the first 2 rewards great scamz, Also wrote them 5-6 emails and never helped me ❤️

Just like everyone else has said Digital Turbine is a huge scam. Completed the zombie waves offer on digital turbine. "Get orange gun to one star", I paid out of pocket because the return on that was profitable but little did I know I would not see that return or any profit. After submitting screen shots of the google play purchase, the account screenshots of me using the gun and having it equipped. They reply to me that the click was not attributed to Digital Turbine. This was not true because they paid me for the first 2 or 3 levels but they were significantly smaller to the ones they still owe me. Stay away from digital turbine this is how they trick you the small paying offers "will work" but once you spend hours playing/ doing an offer you will not get paid.

I've read carefully DT's notes such as no VPN, no 3rd party software installation and clicked through all links that popped on my screen to get the required steps done. It was enduring task cuz I have to wait 30 days as one of the requirement. Guess what, no rewards granted and DT customer team just briefly responded "Your click was not attributed to DT." after I uploaded a bunch of screenshots proving the date and time I followed the steps. Cannot be more frustrated after waiting for 30 days to learn this is a total scam. Avoid DT just like the investor avoid its stock, it's pluming to hell and should go out of business if it cannot keep the promise to its users.

I tried to complete an offer for this company, followed their links and spent money. I was told that I would not be rewarded for completion, and the company never asked for any documentation. I followed up several times, was asked for documentation, and then was denied after showing proof the offer had been completed. The company is a scam, do not spend your money here. My ticket was 4550903.

The worst 'rewards' app I've come across. They don't pay out and claim you've not downloaded the app via the digital turbine page... Even though you have. No number of complaints helps, so avoid like the plague.

Same as everyone else. I completed all offers on bingo journey, got paid up until level 60, then once I hit level 80 with 14 days left it was worth $24.01, and I purchased a $9.99 package was supposed to get $6.24 back. So they burned me for $30. And there responses are nil, now I'm out 30 but. I usually never write bad reviews but they truly are the worst. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFERWALL, OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I didn't get my reward after completing two different offers. One of the offers I even paid money for a beginner bundle. I contacted support. I provided multiple emails to prove I completed the offers, which included photos of the offer and the complete tasks. The customer support did not resolve my problem. I did not receive my rewards, nor did they provide an explanation as to why I didn't receive the rewards.
I am very disappointed with the support. It's too bad because I did receive some rewards but not all of them. In the end, I don't recommend using Digital Turbine... You may or may not get your reward. If the customer support will help me with this I'll change my review. But if users read this, then customer support has not helped me.

I didn't get my reward after completing an offer. I contacted support. I provided multiple emails to prove I completed the offer. I was rejected due to downloading the application through the Play Store. The first step in the offer is to downlad the app, which I did, but I was rejected by DT because the offer couldn't be confirmed by the provider, which is ludicrous because I showed PROOF.... I even provided a photo of the date the first inbox message welcoming me, which was a day ago.

This company IS a scam. I rarely write bad reviews. This was earned by DT. I have integrity. Idk what the provider couldn't verify, I provided ALL of my proof to show verification. I used legitimate information to complete the offer. This is VERY shady and now I want to know how my information is being used since it wasn't used for the offer.

There needs to be an investigation on this company. Too many bad reviews. A class action lawsuit needs to be started. Loopholes mean nothing to me when my legitimate information is used for an offer. TapJoy wasn't perfect, but definitely didn't hide behind scams to farm consumer information.

Don't even bother if you dont get paid for an offer because they will probably make up a nonsense excuse to ditch you like this one:

"Your click was not attributed to DT. You might have downloaded the app organically through PlayStore or any other Offer Wall provider"

Horrendous company, scummy beyond belief, and incredibly sketchy. I completed an offer that I had to pay for, and yet they have the guts to tell me that I
'did not click through DT' and I may have downloaded the app (It was not an app) in advance or had an account prior, which they could have easily contacted the seller for. Instead, they chose to lie to me, tried to grasp for straws, and found some stupid loophole to ensure my time and money got wasted on something ridiculously stupid I didn't need. Do not complete any offers for this company, and instead just pay for in-game offers, they are at least guaranteed

For small winnings no problem to give them but for the big ones you will NEVER see them.
Don't check the sent screens
99% of the time, the advertiser is right, even if he's being disingenuous.

Avoid this company, it's a scam!

Same completed task , didn’t get my reward, did a ticket was told to wait 50 days went by nothing requested an update was then told that the offer expired, well you told me to wait completely ripped off scam.

I have been waiting to receive an offer with digital turbine, on freecash, for more than 20 days and support has not responded, I am waiting for a solution.

I completed an offer. Proved I completed the offer. The game I completed the offer with confirmed I completed the offer and reached out to digital turbine and confirmed I completed the offer and digital turbine still did not honor their offer.

Same as every other review. Automated response claiming their partner company (the game developers) detected fraud, VPN usage or you faked screenshots to verify offer completion, even though Plarium are happy to provide a statement stating this isn't the case on any of the above remarks and will validate you reaching the offer requirements.

You'll then likely be banned from the offerwall following this response and be met by a new "no offers available" screen.

Would love to get a real human response but seems unlikely.

Scam company. Pretend advertiser doesn't validate rewards because of somehow "fraud", but it's well known they're fraud themselves.

Horrible. No rewards, no customer service, nothing. Several rewards not received after completing the task and the email responses seem computer generated.

Very scammy. To get their offer, I followed the instruction exactly step by step, spent real money, sent the all emails and screenshots of bank account to prove payment, etc. but they still didn’t give me my reward. Avoid them at all cost!

No Rewards given and No reaction to Support requests

Customer support consists of automated response which basicly say nothing and take several days to get answered by.

Always claim their systems are automated and they cant do anything about anything.

Mostly feels like a scam, doesnt reward you your paywall offer.
