This appears to be a scam. I have paid a lot of money to have my iPhone unlocked since I have moved abroad and no longer have the possibility to unlock through the operator. I have contacted the company but they do not answer emails. Having waited several days beyond the stated delivery time, I have received NOTHING! I would strongly advise against using this service!!
UPDATE:
I placed the order 30 June, on their web site it said "Delivery time: 1-5 business days" and I have still not received anything. I did receive a reply to my mail. On 15 July they state that the delivery time relates to their internal turn-around time, not delivery of the unlocking... Clearly misleading. I asked when I should expect the unlocking to be done, they replied "We expect unlocking results this or max. next week." That was 17 July...
UPDATE 15 September: Had two more contacts, each time I get a standard reply from the site:
"Dear Consumer,
your iPhone unlock request was delivered for unlock according to our delivery time and was accepted. Now it is in the unlocking process.
IMEI: 013404001734986
Order ID: DU_7BF6806236D2063AF7AB
You will receive email after it will be completed.
Have a nice day!"
UPDATE 10 December 2014:
Unlocking still not delivered, status "In process" according to the site. Contacted customer services again by mail and received the following reply on 3 December: "Dear Consumer, we are expecting results this or max. next week. Have a nice day!"
I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, it is a fraud, you will waste your time and you will lose your money.

Unacceptable service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I placed my order on June 3rd and it's July 9th, 2014 to a 7 - 14 day unlock my iphone 5S.
I've contacted them TWICE and all they tell me is that "the request was delivered for unlock according to our delivery time and was accepted. Now it is in the unlocking process."
They say there can be delays up to 21 days. I'd be okay with that, not over a MONTH, and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!

They contacted me now saying that they have contacted them (AT&T?) and that the unlock failed... still they haven't given me a reason for it. They promised to refund me within 7 days. Let's see! Updates coming...
