I asked for a Windows 10 Pro Activation…
I asked for a Windows 10 Pro Activation Key. Instead, after following all the instructions, we found out that this key was used at first. Then later we came to know that its a Windows 10 Home edition activation key.
I even left a message with Digit brew but there seems to be no reply back for the same yet. I understand Covid has definitely screwed us all up but since WFH is going on, I beleive a reply should not be that difficult either.

Safe and easy
I was hesitant at first and saw this as a gamble. But a few hours after I placed my order I received the key for Windows 10. (I had received the acknowledgement bill within minutes). I entered the key and it was accepted. All took a few minutes and the steps were clearly explained in the mail.
