Excellent service, from start to finish

For me, customer satisfaction is based on more than just price - it’s honest communication that sets realistic expectations and going the extra mile to be reliable, genuine and true. Jason demonstrates all these things and that’s why I am happy to recommend him. He is also keenly priced and I will definitely use Digitech’s services again.

Brilliant

Great Service

Great service provided especially for the prices that he offers, always communicates quickly and is a man of his word always taking evidence to show that it is what it is, and always updating you on what’s happening.

Would definitely recommend.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, total cowboy, told loads of lies and then when I eventually get my items back they are in a worse condition than when I gave them to him for repair.

We are sorry you have had a poor experience unfortunately you didn't except our offer of replacements and turned up unexpected demanding your devices back when repairs where not completed. We are not thieves so we did as you asked even explaining it's not the best way forward as it doesn't resolve anything however being the customer is always right you have your device now and as shown by our reviews we are not what you make us out to be. Best wishes into he future

Excellent

I needed some plumbing work done in a hurry, Jason was quick to respond, turned up when he said he would and made short work of the job. I found Jason to be polite and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

Super fast service

Super fast service, helpful and good value for money. I used DigiTech to replace broken screen on iPhone 5s. Collected from my home and I was able to pick it up later the same day as local to my home. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Awesome job, had to come back as he had been sold a bad batch of screens he had no problem coming back and fixing it for me and very friendly and polite
