Worst Experience with DIGITEK

Honestly, I regret buying from Digitek. Their products look attractive because of the low prices, but it’s all a trap. After-sales service is absolutely terrible — they don’t pick up calls, their IVR just cuts off, and even if you somehow get a repair done, the same problem comes back in a few weeks.

I had to pay for shipping twice just to get the same mic repaired, and the issue never got properly fixed. When you try to reach out for help, there’s zero proper support.

I checked online later and realized I’m not alone — tons of people are facing the same nonsense. Don’t fall for the “budget” gimmick; it’s not worth the headache.

If you’re thinking of getting a mic, just spend a bit extra and go for Boya or Hollyland — way more reliable and actually care about their customers.

A ₹4,800 Loss and a Lesson in Bad Customer Service

My first order with Digitek has left a bad taste and a loss of ₹4,800.
I ordered a camera cage and a cage handle, totaling around ₹8,000. The package arrived without the handle.

Naturally, I reached out to support expecting a smooth, modern resolution. Instead, I got a crash course in how not to run customer service in 2025.

No internal checks. No accountability. Just scripted replies demanding unboxing videos and invoices like it’s my job to prove their warehouse messed up.

What they should’ve done: Check with dispatch, take responsibility, and resolve the issue.
What they are doing: Just stalling. And now, even the replies have stopped.

[UPDATE] Digitek support has refused to assist. This is the reply I got, after they went on radio silence and I had to follow up repeatedly for an answer.

Would I trust them with a bigger order? Never.
Would I ever recommend Digitek? Not a chance.

Digitek, if this is your standard workflow you’re not ready for serious customers.
