I was recommended to Diligent Screening Services by a good friend. I kind of ignored it. While in a conference, I also happened to hear that recommendation for Diligent by another attendee. I said they must be very good and let me try them. I am glad I did. For all the years that I used the services, I can attest to their attention for details, superb customer service and getting all that at a great value. Since then, I have recommended them to many companies and all I hear is people thanking me for introducing them to Diligent Screening Services. In short, they are great!

We have been using Diligent Screening Services for our background screening needs for over a year now and are extremely satisfied with their service. Claudia and her team are very responsive and their response rates are fantastic! We used to wait up to a week for results from our previous screening service but with Diligent we actually receive results the same day to 3 days max.
