This company is crap scam what is more then that this company is I ordered on march 2023 for £45 I been getting reply your order is hiyer and then over sudern it say your order is delivered I emailed and said were did thay delivered it im gone the time you wrote its 9.30 pm were don't go out that time oh it must be mistaken no worry will reorder for you and and then again waiting waitng then it took so long I said want my refund back ok you will get it within next 14 days I said ok its been 8 months no refund im trying this Tina lady who's been dealing no reply you won't get any were by eating people's money one day you will be stuck in your own Web mark my word you pease of crap

This company is obviously a scam organisation. Having twice sent me tracking information which said my goods had been delivered on two separate occasions - which they hadn't in fact. I have now taken the matter up with my credit card people to hopefully get my money recredited to my account. The warning is DON"T DEAL WITH DILLZABIT

I never received a package they claim i received. I requested a refund, they are giving me the runaround replying a 50% refund. Alex is customer service. I,m now asking for their corporate office.
03-31-23 was my order, dillzabit 1616. $14.68 shipping, $12.44 items. $27.12 total. I,m so thankful that my order was not higher. My tracking #AQ685858632CN. updates stopped coming, when i realized over a month had passed, they claimed their records show the package was delivered.

I purchased a very cheap (perhaps too cheap) guitar from Dillzabit. I paid Dillzabit for the guitar and the for shipping and for shipping insurance. Of course the guitar never arrived despite the shippers, namely TRACK654, claiming that it was delivered, however neither Dillzabit nor TRACK654 could not provide any proof of delivery. Check TRACK654 on this site and you will see that I am not alone with my non delivery of goods. After a string of email with Dillzabit they finally agreed to pay me 70% compensation on the purchase of the guitar only, which naturally has not yet arrived either. Yesterday an identical advert for cheap guitars appeared online from a company called Joelact. I read through the sales article and on checking I found that Joeleact are in fact operating under the company namely FADEL-BEATTY LTD, operating from The Republic of Ireland. Not surprising to find that FADEL-BEATTY LTD also operate Dillzabit and several other Chinese based concerns, many of which appear on scam websites and use TRACK654 for their shipping.
Just saying !!
