Ordered a gift for my daughter at this…

Ordered a gift for my daughter at this company the 5th of march. My daughters birthday is the 16th of march. Since the site said 'in stock' and delivery 2-3 days I thought everything was fine.
But when the the present was not arrived 1 week before the big day I called them. Finding out there was no support in what they called opening hours. So I wrote them and got no answer. I called 3 days in a row but still no answer. So I wrote them the day before the birthday.
The answer from them I got the 19th saying they were sorry and they would sent i as fast as possible.
So I actually got the present about 2 weeks after the birthday. But the delivery was also catastrophic. The delivery company (if it wasn't the company it self) had pressed the to big letter to my mailbox. So the letter was totally destroyed. The present survived since it was flexible.
But 1 star is way more than dinegaver.dk deserve.
