DIN Forsyning er et multiforsyningsselskab i Varde Kommune og Esbjerg Kommune. I begge kommuner modtager vi spildevand fra alle virksomheder og husstande – enten via kloaknettet eller tømning af bundfældningstanke. I Esbjerg Kommune har vi desuden fjernvarmeproduktion og –distribution til dele af kommunen, ligesom vi leverer drikkevand til Esbjerg by, Ribe og Bramming. I Varde Kommune distribuerer vi fjernvarme til Varde by og Alslev, mens vi producerer drikkevand til Varde by med opland samt Nørre Nebel og Kvong. Derudover har vi fem genbrugspladser i Varde Kommune, hvor vi også administrerer tømningen af alle private affaldsbeholdere og genbrugsspande.

BAD EXPERIENCE :(

BAD EXPERIENCE :(
As the company has the monopolies in Esbjerg City , they do not even want to communicate properly with the clients. I tried to understand what was the invoice as the price for installation had increased by 50%. When I asked why? the answer was ´´that it is I do not know´´ done. So we just have to pay as much as they want !

We have noted your complaint, and we can only apologize if you feel that through our dialogues, we have not provided you with a useful answer. You were sent a contract, which unfortunately you did not sign in time.

Meanwhile, we have experienced a significant increase in, including material prices, which has forced us to change the prices for 2024.

The price is fixed and applies to all our customers. Although this response may not be what you were hoping for, we hope you can understand our position. Should you have any further questions or needs, please feel free to contact us.

i just got my first bill this year for…

i just got my first bill this year for garbage, cold water in and out...and guess what? 4000 dkk...i think is really out of mind! if i pay like that 3 more bills means i will pay for trash and cold water 16.000 dkk /year?? are you really crazy guys??
we are only 2 persons...

Hello Angela
The price for garbage-collection and access to the recycle center is about 3.200 yearly. The price for drinking water is about 3.500 kr. a year (for consumption of 130 m3). For waste water the price is about 6.000 kr. (for 130 m3). Total for this is 12.700 kr. for a year for 130 m3, which is the normal consumption for a small family.

Therefor, they price you mentioned seems above normal – unless you also receive heat from us. I will therefor advise you to contact our customer support team on 7474 7474 and have a talk about the numbers.
