Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry to hear your pack didn't arrive in great condition — these are a retro nostalgic confectionery item and occasionally don't travel well, which I'd always rather know about so I can put it right.
I can see how the lifestyle image, which shows the box designs, might momentarily misread — but the listing clearly states 10 pieces per pack, 1 pack per order, and that food items cannot be returned. At a £1 price point I hope it was also clear that one pack is what's offered.
