Dodgy site - DO NOT BUY

Order made on 4/4/26. Confirmation email sent from another site which does not appear to exist.
Bank confirmation sent from Indian Razorpay
Email advised questions to be sent to yet another site
which does not seem to exist -
Payment sent to Singapore account, bank dealing with it was Indian and contact details on site are USA
Thought it was dodgy so sent email to request cancellation of order.
They said it could not be cancelled as already shipped. They said I had ordered on 3/4,( but I had not accessed site on that date.)
Even though they said shipping would be 4-8 business days (and I ordered on a Saturday), and notification would be sent when shipped.

Fraudulence Maxwell and Williams website

Fraudulence website, they designed the website to look like it is associated with Maxwell and Williams, but confirmed with the manufacturer that they are not related at all.

Ordered a few mugs and they charged my credit card, but no order confirmation nor any form of communication was provided. Filled in their online form and as you expected, no responses. Stay away from this website.
