Prompt delivery, but of damaged boards.
Prompt delivery when stated.
Unfortunately many of the lengths were heavily marked possibly as they’d been placed in a pile which seemed to have collapsed by the time I got home (based on two piles they were stacked around 15 high which I found to be too unstable when moving them myself later).

Great looking decking
We used Dino Decking before and were very happy with it so we went back to them for our 2nd project. Very competitively priced and straightforward to fit. My husband and I fitted it ourselves. We are 67 and 70!

Bad experiance with Dino Deck !!
I am a lanscape gardener and its the first time I have dealt with Dino deck. Refered from a friend. The customer wanted to change color (should be simple exchange). Dino deck charge 10%of the order to send back the materials. In this case over 300 pounds. So b3cause of the cost we wanted to just send it all back but Dino deck will not collect and will still charge 10% to put it all back on the shelf and no transport to send it back so I arranged a courier but it would cost me around £1000 to just send it back. So now stuck with the product and have no choice but to use. Trust me when I say this DO NOT USE DINO DECK. I won't ever again. Use any other supplier. If I could give no stars I would.

Never again
My deck has been down for around 5 years. The subframe was built exactly to their recommended specification. The number and spacing for fixings exactly to their specification.
The deck looked awesome after fitting. Very modern. All of my friends were impressed. Bonus.
The deck is pretty small. Around 3m x 2m. Very easy to put together. However… Most of the boards have shrunk to varying degrees. At least half of them have warped. Two of them have split. It looks horrendous.
I installed a timber deck in a different part of the garden around the same time. Still looks as good as the day it was installed.
Given that these boards are probably 2x the price of timber decking, I’d recommend avoiding like the plague. Sure it looks lovely when first installed, but for me the longevity just isn’t there. Wouldn’t buy again at 1/4 of the price.

Easy to order
Easy to order, with quick delivery, you can even order for collection (I haven't tried this).
Note; you should use double joists at board joints, yet they don't make a double joists hanger, so like me you'll have to invent something.
The adjustable legs maximum range to optimistic if you want more that one thread supporting your decking, so order next size up if your measurements are towards the last 20%.
I'm still installing, so not the full picture yet.
