Never use these people. When you get a decistion on a fine it is not possible to respond to it and they have realy bad markings on their markings. This even when they share a parking lot with other operators. It is alsomt like they want you to make a mistake so they can get better profit.

We live at Magretheholmsvej, who has hired Din Parkering to look after the area. The electric car spaces in the area covered by din parkering is extremely limited (not din parkerings fault), however green mobility customers seem to be allowed to do whatever they want especially during peak seasons like distortion in the area, where green mobility, despite the rules, is not getting any fine for parking on electric car spots or doubleparking on those spots. There are about 8 parking places for charging, all right now occupied by green mobility, 2 of of which are doubleparked, non of these have a fine. I think this is not of when we pay for “din parkering” service and when we have paid for this service and its not ok to not have active parking survaillance in the area especially in the peak times which is what we hired din parkering for.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

They are worse than vultures and hyenas who feed on corpses , they keep hiding themself behind vehicles and the moment I left for 5 mins from my car they gave me parking ticket it was a stop of few mins not a actual parking . How do you expect justice in this kind of robbers are roaming in society.

I received the fine where my car is registered at the free parking lot, I arrived home late at night only because all the parking spaces were not free, so I parked somewhere outside the marking because I don't have a parking lot nearby. I sent an email but the person in charge does not want to understand, this parking company collects more illegally, does anyone know where I can make a complaint?

Nasty company focused solely on extracting money from people for anything. No logical arguments appeal to them. They prey on people like hyenas. How is it possible Danes that you as a society have allowed it to grow? Why don't you fight the pathology, but only give permission for it?

Hvordan er det muligt, at I danskere som samfund har ladet det vokse? Hvorfor bekæmper I ikke patologien, men giver kun tilladelse til den?

Even with unfair ticket and when you complain they send predefined answers unrelated to your case.

My parking meter battery died, so I wrote a clearly legible and clearly visible note with the time written in large numbers. I received a fine anyway because a hand written note is considered unacceptable. However it conveys the exact same information as a plastic p skive. No app was available for registering the time or machine. Capitalism at it’s absolute worst!

I just had the worst experience with a man from their customer service. Waited 50 minutes in line with a legitimate question, only to be met by the angriest man ever. I’m shocked how they can even put such a man on the phone. It was super uncomfortable. From the beginning of the call he was already angry and didn’t want to listen to me and he accused me of lying. And when I expressed to him that he made me uncomfortable with that tone of voice, he immediately hung up on me. So yeah, all in all cannot recommend.

Got a fine when my husband's motorbike already been stolen. Filed a complain about it, gave them the police case number, they reject the complain. When I called the customer service, the staff just called me stupid, that's not bearable.

It’s not your fault what you’re doing around like hungry dogs to fine people for ridiculous reasons! It's the mafia people in the gov who gave you the permission to work dirty..

I received a fine in the post box dated 2 months back for 800DKK, claiming that I parked at the address I never even been to! After calling them they argued that the ticket must have flown away from the window or someone has taken it. Then they suggested to log in to their system to check the picture (instead of doing it themselves!). The call finished. I log in to find out that it is a red Honda (not a grey Peugeout) in the picture. Not my car!
I called them back, pretty upset by then. They didn't have much to say.
Awaiting their written confirmation about cancelation of the fine, before closing the case.

I got t a ticket exactly where i live. Actually per their rules i do not have any right to park in front of our house. Ridiculous. I can only park as a guest for 3 hours. I adjusted the parking disc at 16.15. Also set an alarm for 19.15 to drive away with my car. I was 20 min. late. At 19.23 i got a ticket. Come on...
Fairly sure that the "parkeringvagt" was waiting to give me a ticket.

They are obviously very unprofessional. Only care about getting money of you. I forgot to put my parking clock to the right time, I could prove I was in the cafe with my Respites with time and date. But they will not let it slip so I still had to pay a fine of 790kr.
This company are really the equivalent to little Hitlers that pray on people. If I had been parked illegally and couldn’t prove I was in the cafe fair enough I don’t mind. But theses Hitlers couldn’t give a dam.

To start with i only gave a star because you can't write a review without giving a star.secondly I think all they do is aim at ripping people off. I got a parking ticket from them in area I was told I can park anywhere so far as I have a guest card parking permission. Their stupid reason is I parked in an area in the so call free parking area with a guest card reserve only for cars carrying goods despite being told I could park anywhere when I pressed them on that I was told it is written there in danish and when I inquired on how other non danish readers could know , their response was they don't know.besides their customer service staff's are disrespectful. If you get a ticket from them it CAN NEVER BE OVERTURNED.

I paid the parking bill for 795 kr on time. 2 months later I got another invoice: 3,08 kr and rykkegebyr for 510 kr, what kind of a scam is this? I didn't receive invoice for 3 kr, only the rykker.... scammers

I think they want to confuse people to park and get money because there parking board is very different then other parking company. other parking company has Visual sign but this dinparking has sentences. then english speaker do not understand anything even danish people will be confused.
