Complete fail…

Ordered and paid for a $300 slider several months ago. when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, who told me the item was on back order. After a few month of waiting and several more emails, I asked for my money back. Crickets. Now their phone number doesn't work and no one replies to the "we'll answer back immediately" chat box on their web site. Wondering if they went out of business...

The lack of communication was really…

The lack of communication was really disappointing and they weren’t even able to fulfill my order… sadly, a complete waste of time.

They want me to call to see if an item is in stock then don’t pick up the phone after 3 calls during business hours, never return my call. 3 business days pass and no update on my order. I email them for an update, they say they are going to call me immediately, don’t call for 2 days… then almost a week after placing my order and dealing with the terrible communication, they cancel my order and refund me… extremely unprofessional

This client placed order after couple days we have issued a refund, client placed order again, we have informed him that it will take at least two weeks for manufacturer to make the part.

Badly

Badly. If I don't email, I wouldn't even know that you are not working with the supplier anymore. The order had sat there for 2 weeks.

I highly recommend Diopte

I highly recommend Diopte. They were very responsive and responsible for helping me get a router and 4 power supplies from a company based in the Netherlands that other companies could not get for me. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

We Don't scam people. As a matter a fact, your 50$ order to the Philippines got flagged by our system as "Characteristics of this order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past"
Same day, you have requested a refund, stating that you have closed your Credit card due to high interest. We have issued a refund, and you are still requesting us to make a refund to your PayPal.

I ordered a new AC bag that never came

I ordered a new AC bag that never came. it took two weeks of not being able to reach them to have someone email me back that they never had the bag. So now im waiting for my $269 refund to order a new bag, a week into a three month show that im on, that i had ordered this bag for. Not sure why i was never contacted about it and was sent a conformation that it was being shipped. horrible service, not ordering from them again.

I ordered the item for my birthday ring light and I don’t receive it because I sent it to the wrong address I’m in California they sent out to Chicago and I called the company and they said they can call me to let me know when they’re gonna be send the package and all the info and they never call me to send it to me to the right address and I don’t get any respond I’m really disappointed 😡

Hello. During these crazy times, mistakes happen. I'm sorry that it did not come on time for your birthday. On the call that was made on December 2. The customer was totifiend that he's package will be sent with expedited shipping and that he will receive it between December 6-8.
