Totally love this skincare brand. I only tried for the first time, the Dior prestige cream and Capture serum.
My skin positively loves the texture. The prestige box is pretty small and it's really difficult not to take a huge blob, but I try my hardest.
So impressed with the next day delivery, I ordered the gift set for a friend's 50th birthday. I couldn't get the payment link to work online. Called customer support. The lovely helpful, Victoria, threw in a mini lipstick for my friend because of the hassle of inputting different addresses and redoing form again.
I am sure my friend will love the free perfume samples, they are divine. Good way to sample before committing to full size bottle.
EXCELLENT STAFF
1 of the most humble and welcoming staff members of Dior probably. We visited the Boots Beauty department Westfield Stratford and were served by Ms. Shamima who explained all the benefits of the product and also shared offers on the perfumes. I was able to buy a few and am sure going back for more. I loved the way she explained me the best colors of the lipsticks according to my skin tone. Thank you Shamima for such a wonderful shopping experience. Hope employees like you get more and more name to the brand.
Dior online - appalling customer service!
Bought foundation in a stick from Dior online shop. It arrived damaged- the texture separated and white base leaking out of the packaging. I have Platinum status with them, hence contacted the “dedicated” customer service line and requested to replace it.
It is now 10 days of back and forth exchange with I am sure a chat bot from their side. The tonality of the messages made me feel interrogated and implying that somehow it is my fault that their product is damaged. And no exchange yet to be seen!
Totally and absolutely unacceptable for a luxury brand - not only poor quality of the product, but also non-existent customer service!

If I could give this brand no stars on this platform, I would. Purchased a Christmas gift and as it was gift wrapped, was opened by the recipient prior to myself. The lotion bottle pump was cracked and the product is not usable.
Called customer services to report the product fault and they emailed me with next steps - all great to this point. However, two chase emails later and still no receipt correspondence from them was received. I had to then call to prompt a response. Despite a call and assurances I would receive a reply, I got nothing. I then had to make a further call for them to realise they’d received my email and that they would review it and respond within 3-7 business days (!).
I am now 2 and a half weeks into their returns process, they have my money and I have no resolution. It is the worst returns process and most bureaucratic customer service I have ever experienced and gives me no confidence in the brand nor their products.
Save yourself the hassle and stick to trustworthy brands like Jo Malone etc.
The perfume arrived all leaking
The perfume arrived all leaking. Dior at first refused to give refund. I had to email them back and forwords and they eventually adreed to place a refund. I had to pay for another delivery label as they do not offer free delivery return for faulty items. They didnt offer any kind off compensation for inconvenience as tthe perfume supposed be a christmas gift which l was unable to give. Very poor service, stay away. I wony be order from Dior again.

On the 5th of July, 2024…, I wants to Morley’s Brixton to purchas the Sauvage Elixir Fragrance for £189.00. I am appalled to say that the service I received was very substandard and shabby. The lady did not add my items to my Dior customer service card when I asked her to, after telling he… she only added it to the Morley’s reward card, and gave me a measly 2 samples… which I find very bad. I was so disappointed I should have gone to Harrods where I normally go. I thought the service would be the same all over. I only visit the. The representative did not even care to show me what she was giving sample me, she just put them in the bag, and that was it and walked away. The must disgusting thing of it all was… I sent an email to dior communications July 5th 14:25
Till today 19th December, 2024 nobody has contacted me about my complaint.

I really wish I’d looked at these reviews before ordering; I usually do, but because I assumed Dior as a brand would be reputable, I didn’t! What a mistake….ordered a lipstick, which arrived damaged (two days after ordering, so they are actually capable of efficiency when they want to be!). Initially asked for a replacement but over a week went by, I changed to ask for a refund due to the delay. It took two weeks, pretty much daily phonecalls and emails, eventually googled CEO email address and copied that in to the email and got a notification later that day of the refund being processed. Never again will I order from Dior! I have ordered a ‘stay all day’ lipstick from Stila now, which looks like it has good reviews, and not as expensive either, fingers crossed for better quality product and service!

The worst customer service experience I…
The worst customer service experience I remember having. They are currently holding over £500 of my money because I didn't receive (so couldn't send back) a free sample that was sent from them. They are quite literally refusing to pay back my money despite me returning the goods I ordered... because of a free sample. I have phoned them at least 10 times, sent countless emails and they still weeks later will not refund my over £500 that they have. Please do not use this company.

Overall extremely poor level and unprofessional eshop. You will get much better service from any seven-eleven supermarket.
From “customer service” you will receive only “copy paste” answers. When you send a message, the case starts always from the beginng. Looks like they use AI.
Shipping partner is UPS. NOTE! They use shipping method, where is no option to pick up your shipment from UPS access point! You need to be home personally. As UPS inform the delivery time “by the end of day” so you need to be on watch whole day. Drivers have no phones either!
Shipping time 3-4 days on the website is not true. After more than two weeks, never received my shipment. No help from “customer service”, therefore I forwarded my case to the authorities and my credit card bank.
If you really want problems, feel free to order. I can NOT recommend to anyone.
