Avoid …unless you like hassle and being out of pocket

After a video consultation to obtain advice on a makeup purchase (original I had bought was discontinued) the advisor recommended two of there new range and put them in the online basket. I asked for samples but was told they do not provide them and that I could try the makeup for a few days and if it did not live up to my expectations that I could return them using the prepaid label. The makeup was nothing like the original so I boxed it up to return but there was no label provided. I contacted the company by phone (even France) and email to obtain a label. Eventually I contacted PayPal and explained and they contacted the company to send me a return address. The company then replied to my personal email saying DPD did not operate in Northern Ireland (blatant lie). I wish I had of read these reviews before my purchase. You expect better from a luxury brand but this is the second time I have been burned purchasing from luxury brands. Lesson learned I will not be purchasing from Dior again they do not deserve my custom until their customer service is reflective of their prices.

A bit forgetful...

I placed an order and then read the reviews and freaked out... thankfully my order arrived and it was beautifully presented. The items I paid for were all there, however the complimentary samples I was due to receive because I'd spent over £100 on beauty products were not packed, which was disappointing. I think next time it would be best for me to just shop in store for Dior beauty products, especially as missing items seem to be a common problem. Luckily for me this time it wasn't the actual products missing just the samples.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. They "lost" my purchase and refused to give me a refund. Eventually they did after 2 months of chasing but they were rude, unhelpful, slow and uncommunicative.

Fabulous Parfum. First rate Service.

I purchased an engraved Sauvage Eau de Parfum and matching After Shave Balm as a Christmas Present for my Husband. The service I received from Dior was second to none. Ridiculously fast, even with engraving, beautifully packaged and lots of thoughtful gifts (including a couple for me) at no extra cost. I will only ever order direct from Dior from now on and I would highly recommend as I simply couldn’t fault them on their products, speed or presentation. Superb

I purchased 2 items sent them back in…

I purchased 2 items sent them back in the same box through dpd have proof etc, they said only one item was returned. I phoned, twice and assured it would be sorted, this was November they don’t answer emails, shocking I certainly wouldn’t buy online again,ladies or gents be aware, so bad for a big company.

missing item, poor customer service, out of pocket

After receiving my order and realising 1 item was missing I contacted them, for them to do an investigation they come back to me to say DPD said they delivered and they replied I quote "will absolutely not be refunding or replacing the missing item" I'm not sure how DPD would know if I had received all my items which was packed and why they went to them for the missing item as it was packed by DIOR not DPD. Would not order online again.

The story how Dior has lost its reputation in my eyes

I liked Dior from a young age and became a huge fan in my 20s. When Dior announced their loyalty program, I hardly remember buying anything from another brand since. So I became a platinum member very quickly. And here was my mistake. I got the impression that Dior is so committed to its promises and being a customer-oriented company. The first promise was that as soon as you change your status (there are 3 levels to platinum), Dior will send you a gift, and on your BD you will receive a special BD gift, etc... Guess what? I went platinum in March, my BD in August and now it's December and the only thing I got in all that time today from them is tiny two candles (a BD gift) even though it was a notebook in their email ...and that's all... ha ha... anyway...The point is Dior does not keep their promises, and the attitude towards customers is so obscene that it is like they say get our pittance and **** *** ("you can go"). Not what you expect from a company like this... there are many other companies on the market that at least don't promise what they can't deliver

Lovely box no items inside

I didn’t read the reviews as it was dior!
I received my parcel and it was empty! Called customer services who said it will take a week to investigate! Reading the reviews now it’s clear they have no intention of sorting the issue.
Bitterly disappointed

Dior refused to accept my complaint.
After proving to my credit card company that the weight of the box that left the facility was the same weight as inbox I received I got a full refund.

I should have read the comments before…

I should have read the comments before ordering anything online at Dior. All the 1-star reviews below seem valid and here's my experience. It's an epic fail. I have never experienced anything similar before for online shopping, and, with such a prestigious brand.

I ordered an Dior eye cream online and I got the delivery the next day. When I opened the parcel there was no product inside, except the 2 free gift samples. I immediately called the customer hotline and I was advised to send the pictures via email which I did instantly. After 7 days there was an email replied saying they have investigated the case and checked the scanned code, DPD etc but they confirmed the parcel was delivered to my address and no refund can be made. I was shocked. I told them yes I received the parcel but THERE WAS NOTHING INSIDE and this is the fact!!! I am still in the midst of negotiating with them but I think no way I can get my refund back after reading the reviews here. This is truly disappointing and you have upset so many loyal customers and you seem don't care.

Avoid at all cost.

Loved the lipsticks I bought

Loved the lipsticks I bought. Makes me feel beautiful and confident at important events.

But this is like a status quo. You’re paying for the name more than anything else. I guess its the psychology of their marketing that made me buy it. I wouldnt buy again to be honest, especially since Ive tried their whole collection. The quality and formula can be recreated in other brands like elf and nyx.

Shocking Customer Experience

Shocking experience. I received a Dior ring for christmas last year, within a few months the ring had rusted and diamonds fallen out, awful quality. I returned the ring to Dior almost 2 months ago now - still yet to receive a refund. They claim that there is an IT issue on their side - yet no one is responding to my emails for an update!! To say they are a high end brand the quality of their customer service and products is abysmal! Unless you can be 100% certain your product will be of good quality I would strongly recommend not ordering through this brand, easier to get a refund and customer service off Shein!

Shocking service from a high end brand

Shocking service from a high end brand, I still can’t believe how poor their customer service is. I ordered a pair of earrings and a Pearl fell out. Initially they dealt with my query well and offered an exchange or refund. It was all downhill from there. I advised the exchange would need to be sent to an alternative address as I had moved. From the outset I made them aware but it only became a problem afterwards. They still sent the replacement to my old address despite numerous phone calls and emails explaining the situation. Long story short, I didn’t get an exchange even after three months. On the fifth month I finally got a refund. I’d sent multiple emails, called customer services and was promised updates, call backs which never transpired. Out of principle I will not be purchasing anything more from Dior. Other high end brands have excellent customer service not to mention high street brands who would rate far higher. They expected me to repurchase the item at the newer price which had increased. They wouldn’t honour the price at which I’d originally purchased the item even though if they exchanged it, I would not have incurred any additional costs. Don’t bother complaining as it doesn’t get you anywhere. Purchase elsewhere!

Name brands are now made in China

Name brands are now made in China. If you don't believe me, look it up. Name brands charge 1000 x more just because of their name. But they pay practically nothing for their products. No wonder why people buy knock offs, or are they really knock offs? Easy... China makes their products, so they have name brand ready made material ready to produce more... Dior will get the product at cost (for materials) and sell it for 1000 x more.... But China will sell it at cost (for materials) at cost. Does this mean is knock off??? Not so much! Name brand websites are known to have very bad customer service and no returns. WHAAAT???

Damaged £560 slides

Purchased £560 Dway slides, wore them 3 times on holiday and the wooden sole chipped/scuffed leaving a chipped away piece of wood that has also affected the leather above it. Contacted Dior and they have said they’re unable to repair them as the damage is due to ‘daily wear and tear’. The care card advises you not to wear them for 2 consecutive days, so I didn’t - can’t see how it can be daily wear and tear only wearing them every other day 3 times? Disgusting service, the shoes are obviously poorly made and the customer service poorly managed. A repair or replacement should be issued

Refund nightmare for ring that turns a finger green!!

Bought a ring as a gift, within minutes of wearing it her finger went green. Looked like a cheap ring you’d get from a flee market. Has taken over 6 weeks to request the return forms for a refund, at least 10 days goes by with each customer service interaction. Absolutely awful company. Will never buy from again.

They are a joke, unable to return an item for refund as UPS keep sending it back to me as DIORS paperwork is not sufficent. BEWARE, you will be stuck with goods.

Be careful ordering from @Dior online…I ordered a bag that arrived to me in used condition. I presume it was a previous return. I sent it back. @Dior refused my return stating that the bag had been used 🙈…. Now I’m left with the bag and no refund…
@Dior ripped me off!
