Very sad. The order was a year ago, unfortunately they do not respond after delivering broken items. The table was packed in a wooden box, but there was no good filling inside and it arrived damaged. The lamps were broken. They asked us to wait, but after half a year from this event we still have not received a refund for the table..
Delivery was by DPD courier company... everything we ordered arrived damaged - it was poorly packed. The packages are supposedly insured, but we can't count on a refund. The concrete furniture is powdered and can't be repaired. Everything is taking a very long time, and the company has stopped writing back! Ordered and paid for items in June, arrived in July. They told me to wait until September for the next steps, it's October and no one is responding

Gentile Cliente come tempestivamente risposto la merce ci risulta consegnata con BRT senza firma per la riserva di controllo, pertanto per noi è arrivata integra. Il tavolino era imballato in cassa di legno le altre lampade con imballo adeguato con polistirolo e cartone. Ci dispiace dell’accaduto, stavamo comunque valutando come poter risolvere la situazione. ABBIAMO CHIESTO L'INTERVENTO A BAXTER CHE CI HA CONFERMATO LA SOSTITUZIONE.. scusaci per il tempo trascorso a Presto
