Bizarre, rude customer service, astronomical shipping
I had been eyeing products on this site for over a year and finally made a purchase. First of all, for an online-only store, I think it’s shady to charge so much in shipping. Almost 9 dollars each way? Especially for bathing suits, which are likely to have a higher than average return rate. I reached out to their customer service because truthfully I just couldn’t believe that. For USPS? They never replied to me. Two weeks later I responded to my original email basically saying that the customer service was awful because they couldn’t even reply to my email. They immediately responded and simply said “please try to avoid sending multiple emails to us.” So, that’s interesting. All in, extremely rude customer service experience and wildly expensive (and slow!) shipping for pretty average products. Not to mention, they received my return weeks ago and I still haven’t been refunded. On principle I’ll never give them my business again.

I placed an order and heard nothing for a week. Then I received a refund notification and saw that they refunded JUST THE TOP of a matching SET with no warning, saying it was out of stock. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and wouldn’t even tell me if the top to the matching set would ever be restocked. It took two weeks to receive half of the order that I placed. I really liked the bikini bottoms, but their customer service and inventory really needs work. It’s incredibly unprofessional for a business to not be able to deliver the product you pay for, and it’s not as if they can’t afford to hire more people when the bikinis aren’t cheap. I’ve received better service from SHEIN honestly.

Don’t.
After waiting for what felt like forever, I finally got my order. Bad news is, all three bikinis in the mystery box are really not suited for me in style or color. I also got sent two of the same swimsuit In different colors.. I didn’t like the style the first time I pulled it out and was bummed to pull it out again. Huge disappointment there. Second problem, the large pants I got for my friend are so so small but extremely long so I can’t even wear them either.. pretty bummed overall.

I wouldn’t purchase from this site again. I spent hundreds of dollars on swimsuits for my upcoming trip. It’s been over two weeks and I have yet to receive an email about the status of my order. I will not be receiving this order in time for my trip in a few days and I can’t even return the products. I was told to contact customer service and they didn’t respond until days later stating they are behind on orders. They need to hire more bodies so they can fulfill orders more efficiently. If you have issues fulfilling orders, you need to communicate that across to your customers and not lie about our order being worked on when it isn’t. Also, as a US company, why would they choose such an unreliable courier company instead of couriers that already have well established national routes? I saw a video where an influencer had issues with their order, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure her order was straight. Probably won’t receive the same treatment as an online nobody.

Do not buy, extremely delayed shipping, no response from customer service, they use an extremely unreliable shipping method and do not seem to care if it arrives late. Very disappointed. Please do not waste your money, they do not care about you.

Didn’t receive package
I placed an order on Nov 23rd and paid for expedited shipping so it could be here before I leave for my trip.
The order was supposed to be delivered on Nov 27th. It is December 1st today and it still hasn’t been delivered.

Love the material but size up.
The materiel of the one piece is amazing! Buttery soft to touch and weightless. However, the padding in the top made the fit uncomfortable. It was almost like the soft material slid around on the padding. Once that was removed, we were good to go. I ordered the suit in an XL but think XXL might be the way to go next time around. I also ordered a pair of pants size XL. I’m a 14/16 and these were no where close to fitting. They were more like a S or M so that was a bummer. They won’t go to waste though, I gave them to my mom.

Never received my order
Never received my order. It’s over 20 days since I bought and when I track my order it says they only created a label and never dispatched it. Customer service won’t reply emails or messages. Paid and never received my items and trying to get an answer is a nightmare. Avoid.

Refunds should be available for final…
Refunds should be available for final sale. I ordered the wrong size on accident on a finale sale item and lost 20 something dollars. Plus, the top that came it was fraying a bunch. Your customer service it poor and I’m gonna let people know not to waste their money.

The prices are great for the quality of suits!
The quality of the suits are great, they fit very nice true to size. There us alot of solids and patterns to choose from and I love the amount of top and bottom styles to choose from. Overall I am very pleased with every suit I have purchased.

Customer Service Terrible and Marketing…
Customer Service Terrible and Marketing is a lie. I have purchased from them twice now. A few things to note, their bathing suits are decent quality. But when it comes to customer service, they will not answer you and will not help you whatsoever. Being a marketing professional as well I do not know how they get away with their marketing campaigns without being sued or held liable as everything they promote is a lie. This bathing suit brand is specifically for teenage girls between the ages of 12-16 who are easy to scam. I have been waiting on a refund now for over 2 weeks (16 business days) with no update or response. If you aren't a Florida teenage influencer (cheap marketing) expect slow shipping, no customer service and long wait times for anything else. Do better.

UPDATE: They provided me a refund. It shouldn’t have taken several weeks to come to a solution, but atleast they provided a good one. I’d they can’t handle the volume of emails they should really hire more staff.
Extremely awful customer service. I’ve made several purchases from dippin daisys so I’m a pretty loyal customer. In the past I’ve been happy with my purchases so I didn’t have to reach out to customer service, but this time I had an issue with my order. I ordered bottoms, and they were missing the little bow in the front. I’ve been emailing them for weeks asking if they can process and exchange for me since it’s false advertising to display a product in the stock photo and have it be different in person. I’ve gotten very few responses, all of which are unhelpful. I feel like these people don’t even know what they’re doing. It’s not that complicated. The stock photo shows a little bow in the front and the bottoms I received are missing them. They’re telling me that none of the bottoms in the warehouse have a bow. That means the quality of their products are inconsistent. I’m extremely unhappy with my experience and might stop shopping here all together.
