Good price for a Russell Hobbs microwave, unfortunately, it arrived damaged (with a large dent on the side). I returned it to my local ASDA store, and ordered another. I picked up a replacement a week... See more

Placed a internet order for collection…
Placed a internet order for collection in store 26th Jul. Went to store on the Tues, not delivered but stock on shelves. Sent message via thier system to inquire, no feedback. Checked tracker Wed, still nothing. Rang Asda Thurs, they will chase the order.
At this point it became evident and from life experience, this was going to be a drawn out process. Cancelled order and money refunded very swiftly. Same day went back to store and purchased item but now gone back to original price. Your gain, my loss. Come on ASDA, your better than this.
Low quality but good prices
Used both click and collect and delivery services. Items aren't the best quality but you cannot fault the range and affordable prices.
You will be charged for returns unless you go to a store
Don't buy from Asda online unless you can return items to the store. They DO NOT cover return postage and if you don't take it to a store, you have to return via the Post Office and pay parcel charges yourself. Just had to pay £3.20 to return a £7 pair of shoes. Even the lady in the Post Office was stunned to find that Asda charge for their returns. She couldn't believe it, as most other stores have free returns. What an absolute rip off.
Rude customer service Shirley Asda
Rude disgusting customer service from a member of staff at Shirley.. she was hiding her badge coz of how she was speaking, Tamya/tamaya possibly. Middle Aged blonde causation woman. I was Having a discussion with my sister and she involved herself in a private conversation with a dirty look on her face saying ‘I haven’t pressed anything step away or you can’t pay’ firstly it was a conversation between the 2 of us, a quiet conversation no fuss no arguing no loud voices; so why she was getting rude or had dirty look on her face il not know, tbf she didn’t even say hello or smile when we arrived at the checkout anyway. In a customer service based job, fix your customer service. Firstly it had nothing to do with her the conversation was private. I shop at this Asda a lot well that’s about to change I can’t stand rude people with bad customer service. I’m actually going to go back into store and complain to the manager and want something done about it. Customer service was whack anyway but her facial expressions and involvement in w private conversation is just inappropriate. I’m actually annoyed at myself for paying for that shopping and leaving I was gobsmacked at her nasty attitude.
Appalling delivery service Edinburgh…
Appalling delivery service Edinburgh Midlothian EH14 2NZ 28/01/2021. The driver was peeved he had to climb two flights of stairs with the groceries, by the time he arrived he was in a strop. He plonked 3 cases of the delivery at my feet watching me struggle to move food from the boxes. One item arrived with its security tag attached, no apology offered, passed the buck saying they were too busy it had been overlooked!. I pointed out that I had just finished work I am busy for 12 hours a day, I don't cut corners. I asked for his name "Fraser" he is not to grace my door step in the future. I informed Asda customer service about my concerns, the call center is in the Philippines....the lady confirmed she would escalate my complaint. I have little faith in that happening. I will go back to my original delivery provider.
Shocking Experience
Shocking Experience
90 minutes before my grocery shop should have been delivered a call from Connor to say they cannot fulfill the shopping delivery and suggest I collect from the store. I explained that I am sheilding and as per government guidance cannot leave home. He says he'll have it put in my boot. I own a mini convertible so not practical. Also I was not breaking the sheilding advice. He was cold uncaring and wasn't bothered my family would have nothing to eat. Just informed me that the order would be cancelled, it was like blackmailing, he offered no other solution. Shame on you Asda I'm aware you are not responsible for the attitudes of you're staff but this is no way to treat a priority customer.
DON’T ORDER online ‼️
Useless !!! I ordered a microwave from Asda to be collected. The day before (nearly a week later) get an email to say it is no longer available!! It’s been available from when I ordered it for 4/5 days but all of a sudden it’s not. So I looked at ASDA DIRECT and it’s available👍🏻‼️ So I ordered it for delivery and the day before its due to be delivered guess what it’s unavailable!! Not only that my payment to AsdaDirect was pending in my bank account but the day after it’s not delivered they take the payment‼️‼️‼️‼️
(I emailed CEO = NO REPLY!)
Asda absolutely disgusting should be…
Asda absolutely disgusting should be ashamed
Waited a week for delivery that’s fine slot between 7 and 9 to get a message at half 8 saying delivery on way great half 9 comes and goes half 10 comes and goes waited up till half 11 for delivery nothing, keep in mind no food in house this is the family shop have a 6 year old son all day try to get hold to say they will phone me to rearrange for that day nothing another day of no food on the house it’s hard enough as it is with everything going on budgeting cutting back to leave a family hungry no money no food WELL DONE #hungryfamilyatchristmas
Not my last order
Felt worried after reading these reviews about Asdadirect (george), but I am very pleased with the order I made. Shipping was a lot faster than estimated and everything arrived (in two parcels). I am sure this wont be my last order here!
Awesome service and quick delivery
Awesome service and quick delivery
Great value for money
Absolutely useless
My order was due to be delivered today between 4&6. I received a text saying my order would be with me at 6.15. At 8pm I called customer service to ask what was going on and they had no idea. I was told in broken English that someone would call me tomorrow to rearrange delivery. I'm so frustrated & angry that I've had to do all the chasing up. The website says the order tracking service is down, absolutely useless.
NOTHING IN STOCK
I have been trying to spend money on garden furniture at Asda and every single item is out of stock. Anyone would think it was winter, it is the middle of summer for goodness sake so why on earth are their buyers not ensuring there are goods for their customers to purchase. It is no wonder that stores are going bankrupt or sacking staff because they are not giving the shoppers anything to buy.
Will update this when order completed
Will update this when order completed. My order is dispatched in three parts. First two dispatched Thursday. The tracking info is fiction. The links actually change which courier they are being delivered by. And the simply say. Estimated delivery date. When that passes they move it on a day. So you will probably spend a long time waiting in for deliveries that do not arrive. My failed delivery yesterday the courier tracking says they have not even received the parcel. Very bad. I spent a lot of money on this order and would not order again due to this issue.
Fab product
Fab product, the website was clear at the start and gave a delivery date when item would be dispatched. It arrived earlier than expected and there was clear communication every step of the process
Excellent for looking after house hold…
Excellent for looking after house hold delivering groceries and very good products too
Order Confirmation email is meaningless
Even though I’ve had an order confirmation email and can view the items that I have ordered, I’ve had a text message ON MY DELIVERY DAY from Asda saying that due to a technical issue, I will not receive my complete order. No offer of any help from Customer Service. I was refused Click and Collect for the remaining items as an alternative. My husband and I are health workers and shop for our family and my mother. Appalling service.
Really poor customer service.
Really poor customer service.
Don’t believe the online tracking of your order as it’s just made up.
My order was showing as delivered to the store but wasn’t there so had a refund. They refused to send a replacement so I did the same order again, and guess what lost this one too despite the tracking saying it arrived again.
Customer service don’t care either, just issue refunds about a week after you should have had your order. No offer to remedy anything. I won’t use them again
Terrible customer service and delivery
Terrible customer service and delivery. Payed for next day delivery for a tent , it never arrived, phoned Asda who told me it wasn’t even put on the delivery van but no one had the decency to let me know so I wasted a full day waiting in. Parcel turned up 4 days later, wrong item! Told they would send another ....guess what ...wrong item AGAIN! They sent another one out a few days later which was the correct item. I was told Asda would contact me yesterday to sort some compensation out .....still waiting for the phone call ! Terrible service, doubtful if I will use them again.
Useless customer service
Bought a television set from them 1 year ago and it developed a fault.
Numerous exchanges with email, just not getting anywhere and they kept asking for order number which I gave them several times.
Insist that I phone them on their non freephone number. I eventually call them and they tell me the product it out of warranty. My advice, never but a TV from them, it won't last and they won't care.
3 times now I have ordered and there…
3 times now I have ordered and there have been problems
2 occasions paid for next day delivery waited in all day and didn't receive the item and then stupidly I ordered a 3rd time and the item came in the wrong size with half of it missing!
