Annette was super friendly and welcoming which made the experience educational, fun and enjoyable. I learned a lot of helpful information and very much enjoyed the training.

She questioned well teasing answers out of people as opposed to lecturing dryly
She soon learns peoples names and involved them in the process
At the same time she had in depth knowledge of the content based on personal experience over many years

Excellent training course. Perfect length, focused content and enthusiastically-delivered by Andy. We went away feeling we could actually save someone's life.

The course was delivered at a good pace. Luke concentrated on the important stuff. I felt confident to deliver CPR and use a defib at the end of the course.

The training was made very relevant to our situation as a cricket club. The delivery was well pitched to a mixed group. Adequate time was given to each section, particularly the practical work.
