Bought an Yonex Astrox 99 Play racket, found price is reasonable. This racket is perfect for smash and its precision. Will definitely buy again from them and recommend friends.

I bought two pairs of shoes for my daughters. The pair for my younger daughter didn’t fit, so I returned it to exchange for a larger size. The process was smooth and quick.

Not great, one pair of trainers arrived which I liked and wanted to keep, the other pair I wanted to send back because I really disliked them in real life. The return period is 21 days from despatch, not receipt, confusing issues, also all returns must be posted no later than 14 days from the given 21 day return period, meaning you don't have anything like 21 days to return the item. Given that I didn't read the small print, but tried to generate a return on their online portal WITHIN 21 DAYS, I missed my return window and DB refused to process my return. I think they are in breach of some consumer code here but hey whatcanyado except shop eslewhere.

I was after a specific racket which I could only find in stock at Direct Badminton. I ordered quite late in the day, around 3.30pm not realising that there was a cutoff for rackets needing a restring of 4pm. Dispatch notification received and the racket arrived before noon the next day. Excellent job!

This badminton racket is lightweight yet sturdy, offering excellent control and power. The grip feels comfortable, making long games enjoyable and effective.

Bought Phantom Helix racket with restring and as like any other racket would it took me good few games to get used to with the timings. Great racket which has improved my games with good control and powerful crispy smashes. Great choice for a level1 intermediate player for the price.
Fast delivery as agreed on next day but 1 less star for packaging (just came in a plastic bag in a cardboard box, no bubble wrapping )and poor Dpd delivery service. DpD reported that he delivered it to my neighbour as per my instructions but it was left at my door step with a blank delivery slip under the box??. Luckily no damage to racket as one corner of the box was already squashed. A bit more firmer cardboard and bubble wrapping would have been much safer and is highly appreciated as we all know what happens to these boxes during transit and how they are handled at depo staff.
