My order never arrived and when I sent an email about it I didn't get a reply
The only way to contact them phone number 0800 4480931 ( is unable to take your call ) for some time now, I have sent them a message through facebook but no reply at all, so if you need them for boiler brake down or yearly safety gas check it is impossible, But they are still taking my money through direct debit every month,
Fastest order I've ever received. Furthermore great prices. Thank you
I took a policy out last year which was to include an annual boiler service.. this was never done. I have called several times and only get an answering machine and no call back. Their website does not work.. I can only assume the company has ceased trading. I have cancelled my direct debit.. perhaps that will bring them to light?
I would like to say a special thank you to Adam , from Direct care uk. for his outstanding assistance. he is 2nd to none. he is always friendly and goes that one step further to help his customers.
Please note the is Direct Care 400, not another company with a similar name. These are awful,They were great until we had a fault, all of a sudden they won't answer the phone even after 50+ calls and numerous emails from engineers had to pay for the repair myself. Do not trust them.
This is one of the worst company I have ever come across, and would advise people “Do not waste your time “
I signed up for Direct Care 400
which I am paying £21.99 since September 2022.
I booked a boiler service and was given a date, January 23rd, I took a day off from work, and waited all day and no one came, and not even a phone call.
Last week I had a leak from a burst pipe, and ask for someone to come out and no one came, and again no contact from the company. I had to call a local plumber and paid £45 to have it fixed. I am so disappointed with this company and failed to believe those positive reviews
Thank you guys for always being there when needed.
Great service!
Very good company. The salesperson was professional and really helpful, making sure to have my boiler serviced on time.
I would love to work with you guys more and more.
Amazing company
They are absolutely trustworthy and reliable.
I really trust your job.
Thanks
