Rip-off Britain never went away!

I would give this company no star if I could! Last years fully comprehensive car insurance on a 19 year old Yaris £220 with £100 excess. I purchased a much newer Yaris with much better safety features than the last one and quoted £1250 with £300 excee! Of course I argued with Directline about this five-fold+ increase. Even the guy I was talking to on the phone said he was thinking of leaving Directline even after his staff discount next year, as they are expensive and they don't price match. I don't price match either and a much cheaper same insurance policy was purchased elsewhere!
