Car insurance claim after accident

I have spoken with Mr A.Wilson with regards to my car accident insurance claim.
The gentleman was very polite and explained all to me, even I was nervous. I have contacted him few times and he was patient and explained me the facts again and again.
Thank you Mr Wilson

Services offered but not honoured; sharp practices with clients

It’s been nearly a month since my car was declared stolen and despite several phone calls their “engineers” have failed to call with a quote. Many phone calls later
I can only assume this is sharp practice on behalf of the insurance industry in leaving it as long as you possibly can so that your customer becomes so desperate they will accept any offer they give. It reflects very badly on Insurance companies as they are not offering the service that has been paid for in good faith with the belief that clients would be looked after should any incidents occur. Investigation by their professional ombudsman is called for in view of services being offered but not honoured and the sharp practices of this company
