Professional service, reliable and organised.
Highly recommended

Very impressive organisation skills of their coworkers and efficiency time as well. Better than that, I would say that they really took care of every furniture and personal belongings from the moment of arrival to the drop off. They also took care of the both places environment (pick-up and drop-off) avoiding damaging structures or belongings from owners.
I would probably hire them always as possible and recommend them to everyone.

I had very bad experiences from other companies in the UK and outside. So, believe me when I say that these guys know what they are doing.

I live abroad most of the year so was pleasantly surprised how proactive the team were. They picked up keys from the Agents directly and nothing was too much. On the day they were able to pack everything quickly and safely and move to our new place up 4 flights of steps which was exhausting but they smiled and got on with it. Direct Local Limited have been appointed to deal with McLaren’s London Head office move and with the temporary relocation & storage of the existing furniture at the new HQ for the fit out
works. We are incredibly pleased with the professionalism of the team and the cost of the removals and storage. The fit out project came with lots of challenges and not enough time allowed (as always in construction) but Direct Local worked days and nights around our requirements making the removal process seamless.
They are polite, courteous, very considerate and took the utmost care with our furniture and personal belongings.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use again as they went above and beyond to deliver a stress free office relocation. Thank you Direct Local!

First class service and they are extremely knowledgeable. My original movers were not good and Direct Local came to my rescue a few times. They helped me sort out a storage container as well. I won’t use anyone else and it’s comforting to know when I move again they will be there!

Bogdan and his team did a great job moving 200 people from three offices into a new head quarters in Canary Wharf.
From sorting the boxes, scheduling the move, delivering boxes from one desk directly to another and clearing out the old office - great service

6 Stars Service! Priscila was incredibly professional, responsive and resourceful right from the start when I enquired on their service. On the Big day, they arrived exactly on time with a big smile and Priscila was there with them and me throughout the move! Wow, I was not expecting that at all. The move went remarkably smoothly and I was already well settled in the new home in a couple of hours from the time they turned up at my old home. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!!!! Moving homes can be very stressful and they have made it very pleasant for me. Thank you so much Priscila and team!

Direct Local was a moving company recommended to me by a friend who recently moved house. So I reached out to them for a quote. Since the first interaction I’ve been very impressed with their professionalism, promptness, price, and overall quality of service. The company is very organised with the process, very thorough, diligent, and careful with the packing and moving, and very friendly and customer focused. One small example: the original plan was to move my things from my rented flat to my newly acquired place. However the sale hadn’t completed on the day of the move. I reached out late on the night before explaining the situation and they quickly and very smoothly assisted me in finding alternative temporary storage for my things. They were one party in this process of moving (which can be tremendously stressful) that I could really count on. On top of all of the above, they were very pet friendly and enjoyed having my dog around while they worked. Thanks so much Direct Local for the great work. Keep it up!

We used Direct Local for a long distance removal over the weekend.
From the first contact with Pricilla, I am really impressed by her customer service skills, she is always there to answer questions and explain everything in detail.
On the date of the removal, they packed and labeled everything meticulously, they took all the stress off you!
One of the marble tables was quite large and heavy, 3 other removal companies were daunted by it and not able to take the job, Bogdan and his team spent hours wrapping the table, gone through the narrow staircases and safety transferred all the items!

I am really delighted that I have chosen them. Fir anyone looking for a good removal company, I would definitely recommend them.
They are reliable, professional, efficient, and price is competitive. Will use them again for future removal!

The whole experience was fantastic. A good price, prompt at answering the phone and answering any questions I had.

The guys that moved me into a second floor (no lift) apartment were exceptional, nice people, and extremely professional!
