Scam! Buyer Beware!!!
I received a promotional text for $200 off which brought my price to $97 for the first month. I paid an extra $50 so I could go month-to-month with “no commitment”. I received a 3-month supply instead of one month, so I immediately called customer service. The rep stated I enrolled for THREE months instead of month-to-month! When I try to cancel online, it says in fine print you must enroll for a minimum of three months. This was NO WHERE on the form I originally filled out!!! I would have NEVER signed up for that long since I had already been on the meds through a different company and only wanted to lose 10 more pounds. They also neglected to send the Zofran as promised for nausea which I must take, or I get very sick. I was told the matter was being escalated and I would get a call within 24 hours. She even asked the name of my pharmacy but no response for 3 days. I contacted the company on their website- no response. I called again today only to hear the same story, “I’m sorry, your issue will be escalated”. I told them I would dispute any further charges on my credit card and would contact the BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission for this bait and switch fraud!!! Thank goodness I screenshot everything for proof! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Update 4/7/25: Jacqueline (Customer Service Supervisor) reached out to me by phone on Friday and cancelled my 3-month "subscription". She was very pleasant to deal with. She also asked the dr to include the prescription for generic Zofran I was promised so I can continue on schedule with my Semaglutide injection on Wednesday. If you so choose to use Direct Meds, just know this is NOT a month-to-month subscription as portrayed on the $200 off promo text. I am increasing my rating from 1 to 3 stars solely due to the service I received from Jacqueline. The ads need to be clearer and not to mislead for me to give any more stars.

I didn’t receive my full order
I didn’t receive my full order. I only received the semaglutide but not the zofran. This was and is a problem because I did get nauseous after injecting the semaglutide
UPDATED: Watch for the old switcharoo on the special
Switched Med providers because they called and were definitely customer forward. They offered the special $199 a month, for Semaglutide, for the rest of the time I was a cutomer with them. Three months went really well, the formula they have for the Semaglutide is pretty awesome. Less headaches, less appetite and cravings with even a smaller dose than before. It came time to renew and with out consultation or even a heads up, they switch me to Trizepitide. I went from paying $199 a month to $399. I attempted to call and email(s), no one would tell me how to stop the Trizepitide and get back on the Semaglutide. I am now at the point where I will have to stop my membership and look for somewhere else to purchase Semaglutide.
Moral of this story, if you take the Sale price, watch for the old switcharoo after three months.
In case Direct-Meds actually reviews these, my reference # for the emails is: 70020
UPDATE: I received calls about the reason this happened and they were able to make it right. They took the time to apologize and said they were going to investigate why this happened and my case 'fell through the cracks'. They were able to refund the over charge and offer me a discount for the next month supply. If no other incidents occur I will raise the rating. Thanks for reading

BEWARE!
BEWARE!! Direct Meds tries to scam their customers. I paid for the $199 month special. I was definitely not aware that they enrolled me in a 3-month program for an additional two months at $297 per month. That's a total of $793 for Semaglutide. The vial that came didn't even look like a whole 3-month supply—a total rip-off. Not to mention, I ended up going to the emergency room with severe stomach pain and dehydration from throwing up. I had to stop the medication. All was good after I stopped taking it. The customer service was so bad that I got different resolutions from multiple people, but ultimately, they told me I had to pay the full amount anyway. A nurse even tried to offer me Tirzepatide instead of canceling. I contacted my bank about this deception to get the extra charge of $297 back. Never again!

Customer service, kim Reeves🌟🌟🌟🌟
I'm waiting on my medication right now the semaglutide. I've already been on summer gluten through clover meds and I did 3 months and only lost 9 lb so I am praying to God that working with direct meds gives me a better result! My biggest concern was getting the dosage correct and at first the dose was not correct but Miss** Kim Reeves** stayed on the phone with me and made sure to get my prescription correct and she did and they do work with your dose so if you are already on a certain dose they will configure a treatment plan that works for you I'm excited I'm supposed to get my package tomorrow and I had a baby on August of 2023 I am one 63 right now hoping to get down to 125!
Shout out to Kim Reeves 💥💫 thank you so much! Pray I get great results! Custom service is 5🌟 praying no issues with receiving my meds. Process was quick and easy!

WARNING
Don’t use this company. I have used semaglutide from 4 different compounding pharmacies. 2 months on theirs, NO weight loss, side effects that made me ill. When I consulted their doctor he told me to go to GP. Spent money to do that to have GP tell me it’s a common reaction to this medicine. No duh.
Went back to direct meds doc, said we could switch to another medication. Company refused and continues to bill me for product THEIR DOCTOR told me to stop taking.
Forced to seek legal action. The incompetence is astounding.
They also do not actually contact anyone or update anything or help anyone.

Connie and the nursing department are…
Connie and the nursing department are amazing! Every single month I have been having some sort of problem with my order. Customer service has been absolutely ZERO help for me. The ONLY TIME anything ever gets fixed and I get my RX, is when I speak to Connie and the nursing department. Connie is TRULY the diamond in this entire operation. If not for her I would have switched companies long ago. The semaglutide is absolutely AMAZING but the nursing staff is even better. I have to thank Connie and the amazing nurses for never letting me down and ALWAYS getting my medication sent out. THANK YOU A BILLION TIMES, THANK YOU, Connie♥️♥️♥️ You truly are the flawless diamond of this entire operation and I don't know what I would do without you! GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE♥️
DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING BEAWARE!!
DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING BEAWARE!!
Worst scam I've ever experienced. I thought I'd investigate Direct Meds after seeing the ads on Facebook. I opened the ad which enticed me with their headline “receive $100 off your first order”, regularly $297 get medications for only $197 with discount, see if you qualify. I opened the ad and began answering a few questions to see if I would qualify for the medications. I put in my weight, height, and answered a few medical questions. I received a message stating “you qualify”. I began filling out my demographics and stopped when I got to the add payment part, and I got out of the ad.
Shortly thereafter, I receive a message from Direct Meds stating “you didn't finish your order we will take “another $100 off’ your first order receive your first order for $97. I’m cautious so I called the Direct Meds helpline and left a message to call me back. I did not complete my order without speaking to someone. I received a call back from Lisa who left me a voicemail to call her back which I did. I was informed by Waylan that Lisa was away he assured me he could help with my questions. Waylan informed me I would be getting three months of medication for just $97 after the three months the cost would increase to $297 for my next order for the next three months. I asked how does that work does Direct Meds withdrawal from my credit card? Waylan stated that they do not do direct withdrawals from my credit card, if I wanted to order more medication in three months I would need to call in and order it directly for the next 3-month prescription. I provided my credit card and was charged the $97 as quoted. The medications arrived quickly. I've been on Ozempic before so I'm familiar with Semaglutide, I know with Ozempic my appetite suppressed very quickly with their medication it seemed slower to feel the appetite suppression not nearly as strong as Ozempic. I had a cruise booked and I left for vacation not taking the medication with me as it needs to be refrigerated. While I am away the Direct Meds company proceeds to withdraw from my credit card an additional $297. I did not notice the withdrawal while I was on vacation, I paid my credit card balance through my online app. Once I am home and settled in, I begin to go through my emails and notice a receipt from Direct Meds for the charge they withdrew of $297 on November 25th. I immediately called the company and spoke with Lester asking to speak with Lisa, or Waylan about the charge. I explained to the rep Lester I was told they would not direct withdrawal and I was away on vacation. I had thought they sent another order of medication while I was away. Mysteriously the call drops. I call right back and get the rep Tara, again I ask to speak with Lisa or Waylan and she assures me she can help me. I explained the withdrawal and that I never received the order. Tara states that they sent me a email that the medication is $297 a month. I paid $97 for the first month. I still owe another $297 for the month of December. I said I was never informed that the medication was $297 a month and I never received such e-mail, I told her I would have NEVER agreed to those terms! I stated that this is fraudulent activity! I told her I demand the $297 credited back to my account and to cancel all orders, and I will return the unused medication back to them. Tara stated they cannot accept the medication back. I again asked to speak to Lisa or Waylan the reps I originally was working with, that stated the price of $97 was my first 3 month prescription, not the $297 a month that she just quoted me. I told her I was calling my credit card company and disputing this charge I told her do not take another $297 out of my account. Again, I demanded to speak with Lisa or Waylan she assured me one of them would get back to me.
Nobody ever called. I did receive an generic e-mail stating that they are sorry for the inconvenience and someone will be getting back with me shortly, that they are a new company and they are extremely busy. I called my credit card company and disputed the November charge of $297 that I had already paid when I paid my November monthly statement. The credit card company refunded the $297 and are investigating my dispute. December 26th I received another $297 withdrawal from my bank card. I’ve called my credit card company and I have requested a new card, I am disputing this charge as well. Direct Meds entices you with the discounts to get your credit card information, then they scam you for these unexpected charges without your knowledge. I will be contacting the BBB to report this company. Deceptive advertising is what they are doing quoting a price then charging another. This is fraudulent activity. If you add up the cost it adds up to $3,364.00 per year. Don't get duped, that is what Direct Meds is doing!

Dangerous. Stay away
I bought (or so I was led to believe) one month of Semaglutide. I just wanted to try it and it was a great black Friday deal. Little did i know, it was a membership. I took my first injection and go so ill I had to go to my primary care. She told me constitution of the active ingredient was not compounded correct and at the appt I found out I was diabetic. So she put me on trulicity and told me not to take any more GLP1. Especially from the internet compounded. So I contacted direct meds and told them I could not continue and I didn't want it anymore and gave them my reason. I was assured my membership was canceled. Well I was charged 297.00 a week before Christmas and didn't know it. They said it is for my 3 month membership. First off the vial they sent me was not the correct formulation and two It is no where near enough for three months. (If you are at the lowest dose, you MIGHT have enough. Now they have caused my account to overdraft and I have incurred numerous charges, totaling over 100.00. Please stay away.

Fraud/Scam
I inquired about the Semaglutide and was told I would pay $199 and be locked into that rate as I am already on the max dose from a different company however I was just charges $199 and then an additional $399 and the lady I am speaking to says they will only refund me the $199 because they do not see where there's a charge for $399 even though she asked me to email her my bank statement showing the charge and stated she does not know why I was charged the $399 and I have asked to speak to a supervisor and of course no one is available......this is a scam, I haven't even been approved for the medication as it is under review, I don't want the medication I want my money back. I am reporting this as fraud and will seek legal counsel for theft. This is a felony, thank god my husband is a cop

Do not give a dime to this company!!
Do not give a dime to this company!!! All seemed fine in the beginning. Received meds and correspondence from medical professional, seemed on the up and up. However, once using the meds I realized they were not providing the amount of medication I was paying for. I am a retired nurse and understand dosage of medication. They tried to tell me they provided me 3 months of medication when it was actually 6 weeks worth. What about the other 6 weeks???? That is how they keep their cost of semaglutide to a minimum…they only give you half of your meds.
When I reached out regarding the shortage I received two form letters trying to justify the shortage. According to them I was mistaken…
Seems to be a recurring theme…
Save your money and find another company to purchase from…this product could be your answer but not from this company!!!!!

Do not order the sublingual…
Do not order the sublingual semaglutide. It does not work at all, took them for 1 month, paid $299, which I think is way to much since it is a compound. Did not loose a pound and still hungry. I am know ordering the semgaglutide pills, from another place, not compound for half a price and what a difference.
Please be aware.

Because of Direct-Meds, I'm living a nightmare
I was reading about Direct-Meds and I believe I filled out a questionnaire. On Nov. 13, 2024 I received a package with an ice pack, a vial of something, some pills and alcohol wipes. Medical information sheets were included with explanation on ingesting these meds. Missing in the package were: a receipt, cost, method of payment slip, explanation of my membership or a subscription - or if I even had/have one. I sent two separate emails, requesting answers to all of these questions and more. I was blessed to have Minnie Williams on the line with me. Minnie Williams was well spoken, polite, patient, kind, respectful and a pleasure to work with. I requested Minnie Williams immediately CANCEL FUTURE WITHDRAWALS FROM MY ACCOUNT AND FUTURE SHIPMENTS. Minnie explained to me I was not responding to the Doctor with Direct-Meds. I told her, I could not "Log-in" to my so called - account. She tried for 15 minutes to send via email, a code for me to enter to access my account. In this account would be some answers to my questions. I never received a code. I am unable to access my account.
Apparently, I ordered a 1 month supply of weight loss products at the cost of $199- $297. I could communicate with a doctor within this portal.
Where is the PROOF??? Where / How am I to know I spent this money on this product?
We're talking putting Semaglutide in a needle by an uneducated person, hopefully sanitarily. Then taking Ondansetron Odt pills, not having a clue what these can do to my body and mind.
Of course, they did not offer a refund- NOT SURPRISED!!! This is insanity, possible fraud, and scary as hell. If I could figure a method to receive my $199-$297 refunded,
I'd be thrilled beyond belief to have an “honest” company , behave with integrity!
I am now praying to God, this company will NOT draw anymore funds out of my account. What a nightmare.

No response to customer questions
I have been using Semaglutide from Direct-Meds for 5 weeks. Have only list 6 pounds. Last week I got a bill for $199 for my NEXT 3 months. I immediately contacted them and asked them to give me a call. That was 6 days ago and I have not heard from them. I am wondering if the product they provide is a watered down version to keep you subscribing but I am unable to get an answer. Their customer service and ability to respond to questions leaves much to be desired. Needless to say, I canceled that future order until I get some answers (one of which is why I have only lost 6 pounds in 5 weeks!)
They are absolutely terrible about responding to questions. I am going to be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow!!

So far, so good. Excellent customer service!
So far, so good! I was trying to complete the process of signing up from my phone, but was experiencing some difficulties. After sending them an email, Brindy replied and fixed everything, including deleting multiple accounts that I had inadvertently created, plus adding the discounts that I had been trying to get. Customer service is top notch, but I am just starting the semaglutide injections, so can't say if it will be effective. Two days after the first injection I experienced some nausea and just generally didn't feel good most of the day. Nothing serious, no vomiting. The day after that I was fine. So that was first week, tomorrow I will inject 💉 second dose, and hopefully will have no worse symptoms than the first week, or maybe none at all.

I've been on this semaglutide before…
I've been on this semaglutide before and both companies i had a zoom call with to go over my health my goals and what product would be best for me.
This company NOTHING, no zoom call no call. No concern about me as an individual. We are not all thr same. I've been on this now 5 weeks and have had zero weight loss, no loss of appetite, no side effects, which of course is good.. There are alot fake companies out there, this might be one?
